The treehouses have a living area of approx. 65 m² and each has two bedrooms with a small balcony, a bathroom with a large shower, and a small kitchenette with stove, sink, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The treehouses are also equipped with TV and WiFi. Each house accommodates up to 6 people. The units, which are raised around ten meters, can be reached via a staircase integrated into the base. In addition, each treehouse has two private parking spaces for cars and a terrace deck for cozy evenings outdoors. Besides the terrace, the view is definitely the highlight of the treehouses. For those who want even more spectacular views, there's a twelve-meter-high observation tower to marvel at the beautiful surroundings. The treehouses are ecologically, sustainably, and climate-neutrally designed. 60% of the wood used comes from the Black Forest’s own woodland. Every house is equipped with its own photovoltaic installation with 6.5 KW/p. This achieves around 80% energy self-sufficiency for the entire village.
