    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

This peaceful holiday park on the edge of Saverne combines a green, park-like atmosphere with excellent service. Guests praise the friendly staff, spacious and often shady pitches, and clean sanitary facilities. The covered swimming pool and cosy snack bar serving local specialities (tartes flambées, crêpes) add extra comfort. The location is ideal for trips to Strasbourg, Colmar and the Vosges, with Saverne itself just a 20-minute walk away. Areas for improvement include the wifi (paid and expensive), missing toilet seats, and occasional noise from adjacent sports fields.

    We checked in for two nights in our RV and paid about €70 for two adults and one child. The campground is quiet and wasn’t overcrowded during peak season. There’s a small swimming pool, fresh regional baked goods available by special order, and the restroom facilities were very neat and clean. We had a hard time dealing with the missing toilet seats. The small town of Saverne is worth a visit. It’s not overrun with tourists but is typical of Alsace. Good food, lots of small shops, and a canal with a lock create a pleasant atmosphere. It’s a great place to stroll around, and you feel right at home. The only campground in Strasbourg was fully booked for several days, so we found an alternative here and didn’t regret it. We’d definitely recommend this campground.

    Wir haben für 2 Nächte mit dem Wohnmobil eingecheckt und für 2 Erw. und ein Kind ca.70€ bezahlt. Der Platz ist ruhig und war in der Hauptsaison nicht überlaufen. Es gibt ein kleines Schwimmbad, frische regionale Backwaren auf Vorbestellung und die sanitären Anlagen waren sehr ordentlich und sauber. Mit den fehlenden Klobrillen haben wir uns schwer getan. Die Kleinstadt Saverne ist sehenswert. Touristisch nicht überlaufen aber typisch Elsass. Gutes Essen, viele kleine Geschäfte und ein Kanal mit Schleuse machen ein angenehmes Flair. Man kann hier gut flanieren und fühlt sich wohl. Der einzige Campingplatz in Straßburg war für mehrere Tage ausgebucht, hier haben wir eine Alternative gefunden und es nicht bereut. Wir könnenden Platz weiterempfehlen.

    We were assigned a very shady spot. The campground was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the drive to Saverne was quite tedious because of all the road construction.

    Wir hatten einen sehr schattigen Platz erhalten. Der Camping war sehr sauber das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider war der Weg nach Saverne durch die vielen Baustellen sehr mühsam.
