    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    A very warm welcome for a Bivouac stay. We were able to warm up in the communal area where we could take advantage of the electrical sockets (which are not in the Bivouac). Breakfast was very good before setting off again to pedal along the canal 🚴‍♀️🚴

    Beautiful, green grounds with lots of plants. Located in the village. Nice staff and delicious breakfast. The pitches are large enough. There is a playground, a goat enclosure and a few play areas. The swimming pool was still closed, but we were there too early in the year (Easter). The toilet seats were unscrewed. This is easy to clean but not comfortable. There could be hooks for clothes/towels in the showers

Es gibt einen Spielplatz, ein Ziegengehege und ein paar Spielmoglichkeiten. Das Schwimmbad hat noch geschlossen, aber da waren wir noch zu früh im Jahr (Ostern) da. An den Toiletten waren die Brillen abgeschraubt. Das ist leicht zu reinigen aber nicht komfortabel. In den Duschen könnten Haken für die Kleider/Handtücher hängen

    Over Easter we spent a few days at the campsite in Saverne in beautiful Alsace. We had a great time. On the one hand, this was certainly due to the great location (perfect for hiking, cycling tours or a visit to Strasbourg). But the site managers were also great. Always helpful, always ready to listen and, above all, really funny (keyword: pink bunny costume at Easter). The site is certainly not super modern, but you can tell that it is run with love. The sanitary facilities were always clean, there was nothing missing, the bread roll service is great, the price-performance ratio was extremely good and the atmosphere among the campers was very relaxed. In short, we had a really nice stay and will definitely be back.

    Über Ostern verbrachten wir ein paar Tage auf dem Campingplatz in Saverne im schönen Elsass. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit. Das lag zum einen sicherlich an der tollen Lage (perfekt zum Wandern, für Rad-Touren oder einem Besuch von Straßburg). Aber auch die Betreiber des Platzes waren spitze. Stets hilfsbereit, immer ein offes Ohr und vor allem wirklich lustig (Stichwort: rosa Hasenkostüm zu Ostern). Der Platz ist sicherlich nicht super modern aber man merkt, dass er mit Liebe geführt wird. Die sanitären Anlagen waren immer sauber, es fehlte an nichts, der Brötchenservice ist klasse, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis extrem gut und die Stimmung unter den Campern war sehr entspannt. Kurzum, wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt und kommen bestimmt wieder.
