    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

This peaceful holiday park on the edge of Saverne combines a green, park-like atmosphere with excellent service. Guests praise the friendly staff, spacious and often shady pitches, and clean sanitary facilities. The covered swimming pool and cosy snack bar serving local specialities (tartes flambées, crêpes) add extra comfort. The location is ideal for trips to Strasbourg, Colmar and the Vosges, with Saverne itself just a 20-minute walk away. Areas for improvement include the wifi (paid and expensive), missing toilet seats, and occasional noise from adjacent sports fields.

    We stayed 3 nights at this campsite. Clean facilities (although no toilet seats). Good sized pitches with electricity and water easy accessible. Walk into town downhill approximately 25 minutes but the hill is quite steep back up to the campsite. Situated next to a sports complex which can be a little noisy, but there are other areas where there … is an equine centre and goats and chickens, lovely for small children to watch. We didn’t use the pool but looked nice.
    There is a hiking route direct from campsite to Haut Barr, approximately 6km there and back and worth viewing the ruin.
    I would advise to fill your food cupboard/fridge before arriving if you do not have car/bicycle.

    Our reservation was canceled for no reason, and we weren’t even notified...
    Which means the trip was a waste of time.
    If you want to book a place to stay, definitely don’t choose Camping Saverne unless you want to find yourself standing in front of a locked gate.
    The woman on site was extremely unfriendly and not at all solution-oriented.

    Heisst die Anreise war umsonst.
    Wenn man eine Übernachtung buchen möchte, auf keinen Fall beim Camping Saverne wenn man nicht vor verschlossener Barriere stehen möchte.
    Dame vor Ort war extrem unfreundlich und gar nicht Lösungsorientiert.

    A comfortable campsite with electricity and water right next door, at a very reasonable price
    The staff at the front desk were friendly, cheerful, kind, and attentive.
    Clean restrooms with soft background music 🎶.
    We’re staying for 3 nights and we’ll be back.
    Lots of options for walks, and Saverne is easily accessible on foot
