    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    If you are looking for customer service and real Hospitality stay away from this place. When booking a camping you might expect transparancy. When we arrived there was right next to our camping a rock/country and western festival with a lot of noice during a weekend. At the reception I made a complaint and asked Why they gave us a pitch right next to the festival and not a bit further away. Answer was that the camping was nearly fully booked. This was not the case. Really frustrating. So don’t go there.

    A very beautiful campground, spacious sites,
    Shaded, quiet, very clean restrooms—we enjoyed the relaxing music in the restrooms.
    A very warm welcome! When we arrived on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., it was 40 degrees! Our assigned site was in full sun! Sandra, the owner, immediately offered us another site under the trees—very kind of her. Thanks again!
    We had a lovely week
    We highly recommend this campground!

    Très beau camping, grand emplacement,
    Ombragé, calme, sanitaires très propres, nous avons apprécié la musique relaxante dans les sanitaires.
    Très bon accueil ! Lors de notre arrivée le samedi 27/06/26 à 14h, il y avait 40 degrés ! Notre emplacement prévu se trouvait en plein soleil ! Sandra, la patronne, nous a immédiatement proposé un autre emplacement sous les arbres, très sympa de sa part. Encore un grand merci !
    Nous avons passé une agréable semaine
    Nous recommandons vivement ce camping !
