An enchanting place. The rooms are very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bathroom is also comfortable and clean. The GLAMPING site is small—there are 6 tents in total—and very well-organized. The owner, Filippo, welcomed us warmly, showing us the unique features of his property with pride and passion.
The glamping site is located … right next to Soverato’s historic center, less than a 5-minute walk from the beach, so it’s in a perfect location for enjoying both the sea and the town.
We went with our kids, who really enjoyed it. They didn’t want to go home.

luogo incantevole. Le camere sono molto pulite, ben curate, confortevoli. Comodo e pulito anche il bagno. Il GLAMPLING è piccolo, ci sono 6 tende in tutto, e molto ben organizzato. Il proprietario, Filippo, ci ha accolto con calore, mostrandoci con orgoglio e passione le peculiarità della sua struttura.
IL GLAMPING si trova a ridosso del centro storico di Soverato, a. meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, quindi in posizione perfetta sia per godere del mare che del centro abitato.
Noi siam andati con i nostri bambini che hanno molto apprezzato. Non volevano tornare a casa.

There was something wonderfully full-circle about helping with the orange harvest, walking the trails, … enjoying the landscape, and taking part in some of the activities offered for children.

A truly special place where you can really feel the passion! I stayed at this beautiful spot in a tent, and the experience was truly enjoyable. The tent was very nice, well-maintained, and cozy, and you can clearly sense all the dedication and passion the owner is putting into this business, which has been open for just one year.
I chose to … give 5 stars partly as encouragement, because I believe this place has real potential, and it’s clear there’s a strong desire to keep improving and offering an ever-better experience.
As a small suggestion, I’d pay a little more attention to the cleanliness and upkeep of the restrooms and improve the quality of the breakfast offerings, perhaps by choosing products that are a bit more refined and in line with the experience the place aims to provide.

Un posto davvero speciale, dove si percepisce tanta passione! Ho soggiornato in questo bellissimo posto in tenda e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. La tenda era molto bella, curata e accogliente, e si percepisce chiaramente tutto l’impegno e la passione che il proprietario sta mettendo in questa attività, aperta da appena un anno.
Ho scelto di dare 5 stelle anche come incoraggiamento, perché credo che il posto abbia davvero delle belle potenzialità e si vede che c’è tanta voglia di fare e di offrire un’esperienza sempre migliore.
Come piccolo suggerimento, presterei un po’ più di attenzione alla pulizia e alla cura dei bagni e migliorerei la qualità dei prodotti proposti a colazione, scegliendo magari prodotti un po’ più curati e in linea con l’esperienza che il posto vuole offrire.

This campground was designed with a lot of love, expertise, and our own creative touch. The six tents still offer plenty of privacy among the very old olive trees.

We stayed here for a couple of days before we started the Kalabria Coast to Coast trail. The property is beautiful. As soon as you walk through the gates into I Giardini del Caramante you forget you are in the middle of town. The layout is well thought out. The tents are spacious, the decks are the perfect spot to relax, and the private bathrooms … come fully equipped with everything you need. Many of the items throughout are made in Calabria. Breakfast was amazing and arrives beautifully packed in a picnic basket. We planned to leave early to start our hike and they made us a delicious takeaway lunch.
Fillipo was a wonderful host. He took the time to share the history of his property, Soverato and Calabria. He helped us tremendously by allowing us to store our luggage when the transport was delayed. He gave us several good restaurant recommendations. Our favorite was I Compari Trattoria - the people, the energy, and the food were all incredible.
If you are looking for a unique experience that allows you to be in nature while having quick access to all that Soverato has to offer, I Giardini del Caramante may be the place for you! I look forward to returning. -
