General information

Relax in an atmospheric safari tent where comfort and outdoor living come together. Inside, you’ll find four sleeping places divided over two areas: two box-spring beds (80 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed (80/90 x 200 cm), both equipped with a mosquito net. The beds are made up for you on arrival, so you can start your stay relaxed right away. A fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner stove, fridge with freezer compartment, and hot and cold running water makes cooking easy. A private bathroom also provides extra convenience. Inside there is a cosy dining area with bench and chairs, while on the spacious veranda two lounge chairs invite you to enjoy outdoor living. Electricity and an inventory for six people are provided. Additional children can stay in a separate pup tent next to the tent.

This family-run agriturismo in the countryside between Lake Garda and Mantua is highly appreciated for its warm and helpful staff who immediately make guests feel at home. The extensive breakfast featuring homemade cakes, jam, yogurt and fresh bread is a highlight, as is the beautiful modern swimming pool where families can relax wonderfully. The accommodations are spacious and praised for their impeccable cleanliness, while the peaceful location surrounded by greenery with animals such as goats, chickens and horses creates a relaxing holiday atmosphere. The strategic location makes it easy to visit tourist attractions as well as enjoy activities like horse riding at the nearby stables.

    We spent two wonderful weeks at Le Sorgive in Solferino, in one of the larger apartments. The agriturismo is located in a beautiful setting, and everything is well-maintained and incredibly clean. The pool was a real highlight: our sons, ages 5 and 8, were there every day :) We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast several times, featuring fresh … fruit, pastries, cakes, rolls, and great coffee. The restaurant Le Volpi, located on the grounds, serves good food and is especially cozy and atmospheric.
    The owners are incredibly kind and approachable and go out of their way to ensure their guests have a wonderful time.

    If we had to mention one small area for improvement, a larger refrigerator with a freezer compartment would be nice, especially if you’re staying a bit longer. The bathroom could also use a little update. But this in no way detracted from our wonderful vacation. We’d love to come back here!

    We hebben twee heerlijke weken doorgebracht bij Le Sorgive in Solferino, in één van de grotere appartementen. De agriturismo ligt in een prachtige omgeving en alles is keurig onderhouden en ontzettend netjes. Het zwembad was echt een groot pluspunt: onze zoontjes van 5 en 8 waren er iedere dag te vinden :) Ook hebben we meerdere keren genoten van het superlekkere ontbijt, met vers fruit, taartjes, cakes, broodjes én goede koffie. Het restaurant Le Volpi, dat op het complex ligt, serveert goed eten en is vooral erg gezellig en sfeervol.
    De eigenaren zijn ontzettend aardig en toegankelijk en doen er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat hun gasten een fijne tijd hebben.

    Als we dan toch een klein verbeterpuntje moeten noemen, zou een grotere koelkast mét vriesgedeelte prettig zijn, zeker wanneer je wat langer verblijft. Ook zou de badkamer een kleine update kunnen gebruiken. Maar dit deed absoluut geen afbreuk aan onze fijne vakantie. We komen hier met veel plezier terug!

    We stayed at the farm as a family with two children (ages 10 and 12) for 10 nights in August 2026. The studio room with the children’s beds on the second level is in very good condition and is nicely and functionally furnished for a farm. Although the second level isn’t connected to the air conditioning, it was still fine. Unfortunately, there … aren’t enough closets or storage spaces, so the kids’ suitcases had to be stored on the second level, and that’s where the kids got dressed. There’s a kitchenette where you can prepare simple meals. The refrigerator without a freezer compartment is perfectly sufficient for a family.
    The breakfast we booked as an add-on (€9 per person per day) was always fresh and kept simple—more than enough for us adults. For the kids, though, it became a bit of a challenge after day 3, since the same items were served every day. The fresh figs, peaches, and melons were simply fantastic!
    The children loved being able to see and feed the animals. Unfortunately, horseback riding wasn’t offered on-site, but there was the option to ride at a neighboring riding stable.
    The pool, located right next to the farm, is in excellent condition and was cleaned daily. There were also always plenty of lounge chairs available.
    The on-site charging station with 11 kW and 60 ct/kWh is very convenient and easy to use.
    The friendliness and willingness to help of the host family are exemplary, and Umberto was always available and accommodating.
    The farm is ideally located for exploring various destinations around Lake Garda.

    Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern (10, 12 Jahre alt) auf dem Bauernhof im August 2026 für 10 Nächte. Das Studio Zimmer mit den Kinderbetten auf der zweiten Ebene ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und für einen Bauernhof schön und funktional eingerichtet. Die zweite Ebene ist zwar von der Klimaanlage abgeschnitten, war aber ok. Leider sind zu wenige Schränke oder Verstaumöglichkeiten vorhanden, Sodass die Kinderkoffer in der zweiten Ebebe gelagert und Kinder angezogen wurden. Es gibt eine Kitchenette wo einfache Speisen zubereitet werden können. Der Kühlschrank ohne Gefrierfach reicht für eine Familie völlig aus.
    Das zusätzlich gebuchte Frühstück (9€/pers. und Tag) war immer frisch und einfach gehalten - für uns Erwachsene völlig ausreichend. Für die Kinder war es nach Tag 3 schon etwas herausfordernd, da doch täglich die gleichen Sachen angeboten wurden. Die frischen Feigen, Pfirsiche und Melonen waren einfach spitze!
    Die Möglichkeit Tiere zu sehen und zu füttern fanden die Kinder toll. Leider wurde Reiten nicht angeboten, jedoch bestand die Möglichkeit am einem benachbarten Reiterhof zu reiten.
    Der Pool der direkt neben den Hof zu finden ist, ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand und wurde täglich gereinigt. Liegen waren ebenfalls immer ausreichend vorhanden.
    Die hauseigene Ladestation mit 11kW und 60ct/kWh ist sehr bequem und gut nutzbar.
    Die Freundlichkeit und Lösungsvereitschaft der Gastgeber Familie ist vorbildlich und Umberto war stets erreichbar und zuvorkommend.
    Der Bauernhof liegt geografsch ideal, um verschiedene Ziele rund um den Gardasee zu erreichen.

    Umberto and his charming family welcome you to this beautiful farmhouse, which features a large, tree-lined garden that sets the scene and is perfect for relaxation.

    The pool is spacious, so you won’t feel crowded.

    The setting is perfect for meeting other guests and making friends.

    Breakfast is sumptuous. Local, fresh, and … delicious products.

    You can make a reservation for dinner at the restaurant next door, Le Volpi, which offers authentic and flavorful cuisine. The wine list there is extensive.

    Le Sorgive is one of the best agritourism spots I’ve had the pleasure of staying at.

    Umberto et sa charmante famille vous accueillent dans cette superbe résidence agricole qui dispose d’un grand jardin arboré qui pose le décor et est propice à la détente.

    La piscine est grande et on n’est pas les uns sur les autres.

    L’endroit est propice aux rencontres et amitiés entre résidents.

    Le petit déjeuner est somptueux. Des produits du terroir, frais et délicieux.

    On peut réserver de quoi dîner au restaurant de l’établissement d’à côté, le Volpi, qui propose une cuisine authentique et savoureuse. La carte des vins y est riche.
