Next XL Superiore - 6 persons

Super nice small and familiar campsite. Very friendly staff. Super suitable for families as there is a small playground, great entertainment program throughout the day and a pool with shallow water zone and slide for young and old. Small points of criticism: small selection in the mini supermarket, not enough parking spaces in the fenced-in campsite area.

In December 2025 we booked a different lodging than the ones we chose in September 2024 (Air Dreamer) and May 2025 (Cottage Next L), a bit "rougher," chosen by the child out of a spirit of adventure, paying €344 for the Lodge Tent Deluxe, with a deposit of €103. (We had already visited the facility on Lake Iseo as well, this being the fourth time with you). Upon arrival and check-in of the unit we realized that: - the structure was much smaller than the perception given by the photos (unfortunately, I cannot realize the sq.m. indicated on the website and I rely more on the pictures). Amen, it may also be an issue of customer perception, but the photos turn out to be a bit misleading; - 6 "window" curtains were broken, so "Deluxe" had very little; - there was absolutely no air exchange or ventilation; - the beds were full of ants. I found it unacceptable to give the OK for guests to arrive in a broken and not fully functional room/house. (We were told that maintenance would come by the next day to fix the problem, but after 4 nights, when we checked out, everything was still broken. We also noticed that the other three accommodations in the same category were also in the same condition. So, in fact, it would not even have been possible to assign us another working equivalent unit). I then asked for the possibility to upgrade and was granted by paying another 144€ for 4 nights. I accepted to have a little more comfort, functionality and especially air. So, in the end, we paid 488€ for 4 nights. I would recommend, to those who are thinking of visiting, to book last minute: if I had booked the same day of arrival, I would have paid 273€ and lost the 103€ deposit, still spending less and avoiding the inconvenience of finding myself in a broken and non-functional unit. Really disappointing problem solving and attention to the guest. Seems to be fine with the occasional customer, without investing in whether he can come back. However super friendly and helpful staff; at the bar/restaurant very good.
