  If the renter cancels after booking confirmation, costs are due.

  • If cancelled after the initial deposit, the renter owes €80.00 in administration costs;
  • if cancelled within 3 months before the arrival date, the renter owes compensation of 30% of the rental amount (excluding costs and deposit);
  • if cancelled within 4 weeks before the arrival date, this compensation amounts to the full rental amount.
  • If desired, the renter is responsible for arranging cancellation insurance
• Payment information

  The deposit amounts to 30% of the rental price and the remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 6 weeks before arrival, the full rental amount must be paid in one go.
