    We stayed in a safari tent without private sanitary facilities. The kids had a wonderful stay.

    The tent itself is excellent and very well equipped. The catch is the walk to the toilets and showers: the nearest block is up a steep hill, which isn’t an inviting trip at night. We were lucky to have no neighbours during our stay, the tents are … pitched close together.

    As other reviews have noted, the photos on the website don’t match reality. The campsite has all the amenities you’d expect, but they aren’t well maintained. The sanitary block nearest our tent is a temporary structure that has clearly become permanent. The larger, much nicer building is further away and up that same hill not a trip you make casually.

    The swimming pool is nice and spacious, though the grass around it is poorly maintained.

    Overall we had a pleasant stay, but it didn’t live up to expectations.

    Świetny camping dla wszystkich. Jeśli chcesz zwiedzać Toskanię to jest to doskonała bazą wypadowa. Bardzo duże parcele idealne pod duże namioty. My wybraliśmy parcele z dużą ilością cienia ale wiele parcel ma przepiękny widok na okolicę. Camping bardzo spokojny. Restauracja na miejscu z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem. Toalety i prysznice są bardzo czyste … i przez cały czas była ciepła woda. Właścicielka jest Polką ( bardzo pozdrawiamy - para ze Skody Fabii :) ) która jest super sympatyczna i dała Nam wiele lokalnych tipów. Jeśli ktoś szuka prawdziwego miejsca to jest właśnie to !

    We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Camping Lucherino. The owners’ hospitality and the relaxed Tuscan lifestyle made our vacation truly special. Despite the heat, which meant we saw less than we had planned, the campground is located in a beautiful area with lovely sights, picturesque little rivers, and even the sea just an hour’s drive away. The … campground’s pool was a wonderful place to cool off and relax. Our accommodations were perfect: shade all day long, a quiet spot, and everything well-maintained. It’s a place where you instantly feel at ease. We look back on this vacation with big smiles.

    We hebben enorm genoten van onze tijd op Camping Lucherino. De gastvrijheid van de eigenaren en het ontspannen Toscaanse leven maakten onze vakantie echt bijzonder. Ondanks de hitte, waardoor we minder hebben gezien dan gepland, ligt de camping in een prachtige omgeving met mooie bezienswaardigheden, knusse riviertjes, en zelfs de zee op slechts een uur rijden. Het zwembad op de camping was een heerlijke plek om af te koelen en te relaxen. Onze accommodatie was perfect: de hele dag schaduw, een rustige plek en alles goed onderhouden. Een plek waar je direct tot rust komt. Wij kijken met een grote glimlach terug op deze vakantie.

    Camping Lucherino is a really nice campground. It’s exactly what camping should be like. We spent three weeks in our tent at a fantastic spot with a view of the horizon, where we enjoyed spectacular sunsets every evening. Our children, ages 14, 10, and 6, also had a fantastic time—swimming in the pool, playing games at the bar, jumping on the … trampoline, and enjoying “hunting season” with all the other kids in the evenings.

    The campground is beautifully laid out, with a spacious pool and a super fun self-service bar. The restrooms at the top are really nice—they have fun, cheerful tiles and plenty of showers, sinks, and toilets. Good water pressure, and hot water at all times. The extra restrooms by the pool are a nice touch, so you don’t have to walk so far in the heat.

    The surroundings are beautiful, and there’s plenty to do! Upon arrival, you’ll get an email with lots of great tips—we thought that was fantastic!

    The small grocery store in the village, a 5-minute walk away, has delicious croissants with Nutella and yellow cream. Get there early because they sell out fast 😉

    Mike and Joanna are very nice; they go out of their way to make sure everyone has a great time!

    Camping Lucherino is een hele leuke camping. Zoals kamperen hoort te zijn. Wij stonden drie weken met onze tent op een fantastische horizonplek, waar we elke avond genoten van spectaculaire zonsondergangen. Onze kinderen van 14, 10 en 6 jaar hebben zich ook fantastisch vermaakt, in het zwembad, in de bar spelletjes doen, trampoline springen en 's avonds nog heerlijk met alle kids jachtseizoen.

    De camping is mooi opgezet, ruim zwembad, super leuke bar met zelfbediening. Het sanitair bovenaan is super leuk, leuke vrolijke tegels, genoeg douches, wastafels en wc's. Goede waterdruk, en altijd warm water. Fijn zijn de extra wc's bij het zwembad, zodat je niet in de hitte zo ver hoeft te lopen.

    De omgeving is prachtig en genoeg te doen! Bij aankomst krijg je een mail met allemaal leuke tips, dat vonden wij super!

    De kleine supermarkt in het dorpje 5 min lopen heeft heerlijke croissants met Nutella en gele room. We vroeg halen want ze zijn snel op 😉

    Mike en Joanna zijn erg aardig, ze doen er alles aan om het iedereen naar de zin te maken!

    Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad op camping Lucherino!
