Chianti Glamping Resort

We are now in our sixth consecutive year spending our holidays at Glamping Resort Orlando in Chianti, a clear sign of how much we appreciate this resort and its beautiful surroundings\.

Overall, the resort is very well maintained: common areas are always clean and tidy, the children’s entertainment is one of its strong points, and this year again there were some interesting new features that made the stay even more enjoyable for families\.

The restaurant is excellent, consistently offering a high standard\. A special mention goes to Arianna, the head room maître, for her professionalism, helpfulness, and kindness: a real added value to the guest experience\.

We stayed again in a Next accommodation, which was clean and comfortable, although after several years it is starting to show some signs of age and could benefit from a light refurbishment\.

Among the areas for improvement, I would point out the minimarket: prices are definitely high and not always justified\. In addition, the experience with some members of staff was not always up to standard, with a few instances of limited customer care\.

Finally, the swimming pools are too cold, especially on less warm days, which limits the enjoyment of their use\.

The absence of any kind of room services \( wich for the room price should be included\), it also a weak point to be addressed\.

Despite these aspects, the resort remains a place I continue to choose and recommend only for families thanks to its many strengths\. With some targeted improvements, it could truly take another step forward in quality\.

We had a really wonderful week at this campground with our 3.5-year-old daughter. The entertainment team is truly fantastic, and there are several Dutch staff members on the team. There were lots of different activities.
The pool was amazing. Fun water sprayers and slides. During the week we were there, they didn’t set out any towels. There were plenty of sun loungers for everyone.
The campsites are perfectly shaded, which makes it pleasant even in the height of summer. The restrooms are kept very clean, and the staff is very friendly.
We also had a delicious meal at the restaurant.
One “downside”:
The little shop doesn’t open until 8 a.m., which is a bit late for us with a hungry toddler and a craving for fresh bread. ;)

Other than that, it’s a really great campground! Highly recommended

I spent the weekend with my granddaughters and my daughter—I never would have expected to find a glamping site so well-equipped, organized, and clean. It’s perfect for kids because it’s completely safe, with plenty of activities to keep them occupied so the adults can enjoy a little relaxation....We had an excellent pizza at the restaurant.... All the staff were extremely helpful.... But the real stars are the housekeepers, Adelina and Larius—their endless helpfulness and thoughtfulness have made us plan another family weekend here....The passion and care they pour into their work are admirable—a real gem at a glamping site that’s every bit as good as any other hotel... Highly recommended

We had a truly wonderful stay. Everything was impeccable: the cleanliness of the accommodations and common areas, the organization, and the attention to every detail.

A special thank you goes out to the entire staff: from the front desk, always kind and helpful, to the hospitality staff, and even the maintenance crew, who were always on hand and ready to assist with professionalism and courtesy.

A special shout-out to housekeeper **Adi**, whose kindness, helpfulness, and great professionalism help make the stay even more enjoyable. The care and attention she devotes to her work truly make a difference.

The pools are beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, the entire property is excellently maintained, and you can really feel the passion and dedication of the staff.

We recommend this glamping experience to anyone looking for a vacation focused on relaxation, comfort, and quality. We’ll definitely be back!
