Wiele jest tu do poprawy, odnoszę wrażenie że opinie są fałszywe bo ten obiekt zdecydowanie nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek. Niemiła i obojętna wobec klientów obsługa. W toaletach śmierdziało, prysznice w słabym stanie. Sklep średnio wyposażony a do tego bardzo drogi. Jedzenie na całym kempingu niesmaczne, małe porcje i nieproporcjonalnie drogie. Brak … podgrzewanych basenów. Bar przy basenie bardzo słabo wyposażony. A property with great potential, but still plenty of room for improvement
I’ll start with the positives: I give the front desk a 10. When we arrived, we needed to change rooms, and they were immediately helpful, kind, and professional. Truly excellent customer service.
The Albatros is a huge resort, surrounded by greenery, with beautiful … pools and so much potential. That’s precisely why I think certain aspects could be improved.
Pools: I don’t want to generalize, because I’ve also seen very professional lifeguards, but on several occasions I’ve noticed some staff members using their cell phones while on duty. In a resort with so many families and children, supervision of the pools should always be top-notch.
Bar Melo: A special mention goes to Safi, a polite, kind, and very helpful young man. The bar, on the other hand, in my opinion, could use better organization, faster service, and perhaps a dedicated cocktail area, like a chiringuito. Some of the staff are very good, while others still seem to be just starting out.
Entertainment: Here I’m also speaking from a professional perspective, having worked for many years in resort villages and served as the Italian Miniclub Manager at 5-star properties. I got to know Mattia and Aurora in particular, and I’d like to commend them: Mattia is professional, polite, and skilled at organizing tournaments; Aurora is full of energy and very engaging during the morning warm-ups. These two deserve to be recognized.
Miniclub: In my opinion, this is the area that most needs improvement. The area is beautiful, but during my stay I saw activities that were too passive. A Miniclub shouldn’t just limit itself to having children color or simply keeping them occupied—it should create experiences, games, movement, workshops, obstacle courses, treasure hunts, and activities that truly engage them. With some investment in games, materials, and equipment, this space could be transformed into one of the resort’s strongest features.
Even the Baby Dance and shows seemed a bit repetitive to me. I understand that September is the end of the season, but an international resort of this size should maintain a more varied and structured entertainment program right through to the end, capable of engaging foreign guests as well.
Cleanliness: Overall, the resort seemed well-maintained, but in our accommodation we found some hair on the floor and on the bed, as well as dust on the kitchen counter. These are small details, but the final inspection of the accommodations could be more thorough.
Gardeners: Kudos to the staff I saw working diligently. The greenery is one of the Albatros’s most beautiful features. Precisely for this reason, it would be important to raise awareness among all staff not to throw cigarette butts on the ground: I personally saw some butts in the green areas, and it’s really a shame.
A positive note also goes to the resort’s pizza, which we found to be very good. We didn’t try the restaurant, however, so I won’t presume to judge it.
In conclusion, this is not meant to be a critical review, but a constructive one. The Albatros has an extraordinary facility and enormous potential. In my opinion, what’s needed most is training, organization, oversight, recognition of capable staff, and targeted investments.
When a facility is already this large and beautiful, it’s really the details that make all the difference. Read more Show less

Beautiful place. Friendly staff. A word of advice: if you’re planning to come and rent a fridge in September, don’t rent one—the staff is stretched thin. We arrived on Friday afternoon and had to call to have it delivered; we got there around 5:30 p.m....and they delivered it after 7:40 p.m.
On Sunday, I sent a message at 4:40 p.m. to request … pickup around 6:00 p.m. The pickup was completed after 8:00 p.m., following two calls to the front desk and another exchange at the information desk.
“Pickup” is a bit of a stretch because the girl was alone and couldn’t load it, so she checked it and left the cooler at the campsite.
I understand there’s a staff shortage, but at least give the girl in charge of the service a little leeway! You want to make money off the backs of your employees. If you want to keep the campground open in September and October with half the staff, well then just keep half the campground open, because it’s easy to turn a profit on the backs of employees who get one salary but have to do the work of four! P.S. To whoever manages the website: the deposit for the fridge is €100, not €50 as stated on the site—you’d better update that. Good luck to all the staff!!! Read more Show less
