The park is praised for its beautiful swimming pools with slides and soft-cushioned surfaces, ideal for families with children. The location in the Chianti area provides a good base for excursions to Florence, Siena and other Tuscan cities. The friendly staff and good entertainment contribute to an enjoyable holiday. However, there are concerns: guests experience the park as very crowded and mass-oriented, with shortages of sun loungers at the pool. Accommodation cleaning often falls short and there are complaints about noise disturbance in the evenings. The hilly location makes the park less suitable for people with mobility issues.

Baseny i animatorzy — jedyny plus. Reklamacja złożona 2 września; brak odpowiedzi w 14-dniowym terminie. Sprawa skierowana do ECC-Net. Rodziny: sprawdźcie materace przed rozpakowaniem."

"Damp, cold unit smelling of mould (photos taken), insects in the mattresses — our three children woke up bitten EVERY morning. Reported twice on site: information point and the unit caretaker; the only reaction was replacing towels that reeked of damp. The on-site bike rental is a hazard: bike assembled from mismatched parts, the chain snapped while riding (on video), and the rental point was unattended during posted hours — nine visits to collect, report and return. Everything extra is overpriced: 7 EUR per gym entry, 30 EUR for a family to enter the rope park, camp shop refusing warranty claims for goods that fall apart after one use. Pools and animation team — the only bright spot. Formal complaint filed 2 September; no response within the 14-day period. Case referred to ECC-Net. Families: check your mattresses before unpacking."

Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience here. For various reasons, but mainly because of the accommodations.
On the second night, we saw a little mouse running around inside. We reported it using the QR code provided. We didn’t receive any response at all. At one point, we noticed mouse droppings in several places. We reported this to the front desk. Later that day, we were told that they don’t set any traps. We could have looked for another place to stay, but with only two days left, we weren’t keen on moving five people’s belongings in 38-degree heat. Eventually, someone did come by to place some kind of blocks in the house to keep the mouse away. But this gentleman made it clear that he thought it was nonsense. Mice are just part of nature, after all.... They also didn’t offer any extra cleaning services or anything like that. The mouse didn’t stay away either; it just went around the blocks they’d laid out. We tried our best to keep the place clean ourselves, but it really felt gross.

Also, the patio had a protruding screw head and damaged planks with splinters. My husband cut himself on the screw, and my daughter’s foot bothered her for days because of a huge splinter.
The seat of the couch was completely torn, and the back wall of the kitchen and the shower also left a lot to be desired.
There was also very little space around the mobile home. There was a one-meter-wide path running right in front of it to get to the next mobile home, with the next set of mobile homes right below it. It felt very cramped.

The pools are beautiful, but incredibly crowded. The campground feels very overcrowded. Due to the difference in elevation, everything feels “far away,” and it’s not easy to get around the campground. We really misjudged this place.

For us, once and never again. A week later, we were back at another Hu campground (near Rome). Here, we paid 35% less for a much nicer mobile home (both from the Hu Easy line). Although that campground is about the same size, it feels much less crowded and more like a “campground.”

We’ve been staying here for two nights in a two-bedroom apartment on the grounds of the old estate.
The building is truly beautiful, with great views. One of the bedrooms overlooks Tuscany.
The property is truly huge! Right next to the old estate, within walking distance, is the upper pool area, which you can’t hear, though.
Without a bike, however, you’re stuck and have to do everything by car or walk long distances up steep hills. Nothing here is wheelchair-accessible...
Our room was clean, but the kitchen is only minimally equipped. Two stovetops, a sink, a refrigerator, a pretty worn-out toaster, a drip coffee maker, and a microwave. You won’t be able to cook a big meal here.
When we asked, they immediately brought us a missing cutting board. The staff are friendly.
    Check-in was remarkable. 🫨
Just like at an airport. You had to take a number and then go to one of the 15 counters. Then we were allowed to follow a golf cart to our accommodations.

The restaurants and pizzerias are quite pricey. 9 to 15 euros for pizza, 5 euros for a 0.33-liter bottle of beer, etc.
It’s better to drive out to the surrounding area for a meal.
The pizza at the restaurant upstairs was okay. Not amazing, but decent.
