Overall, a satisfying experience. The pools, especially those in the upper section, are inviting and varied, and the kids have a great time. There is room for improvement regarding the condition and maintenance of the accommodations, the hours of the market (the one at the top), and the organization of the entertainment program. Regarding the latter, the staff is welcoming and kind, and always available. Perhaps more effort should be put into diversifying the activities (some were repeated too often during our two-week stay) and organizing Saturday’s schedule, since many staff members take Saturdays off, leaving the entertainment program quite lacking on that day. The entertainment staff are helpful and welcoming: all of us—young and old—bonded with the friendly Diego, but I could also mention Stefano, Alessandro (a real bundle of energy), Mirella, Sonia, and others… especially my teenage daughter, who became very attached to them.

Norcenni Girasole is without a doubt one of the most beautiful campgrounds we’ve ever visited. Everything is well-maintained, and the campground truly offers every amenity you could wish for. Whether you’re traveling with young children, teenagers, or as a couple, everyone will have a great time here.
The campground has two large pool complexes. One is up on the hill and one is down below. Despite the crowds, the campground does everything it can to provide enough lounge chairs so that virtually everyone can find a nice spot.

There’s a wide selection of restaurants, shops, sports facilities, and activities. Everything is well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Its location in the beautiful Tuscan countryside completes the picture.

For us, this was a vacation where absolutely everything was just right. The combination of excellent facilities, a relaxed atmosphere, and the beautiful surroundings makes this campground a must-visit. We’d be delighted to return here (again).

It’s hard to think of any minor areas for improvement. During peak times in high season, the pools and restaurants can get a bit crowded, but that’s understandable given the popularity of this fantastic campground. Highly recommended!!

Unfortunately, Restaurant Il Vecchio is still a mess. We had a disappointing experience here three years ago, and sadly, little has changed. It took over 20 minutes—and several attempts to get their attention—before we finally received something to drink. Our first drink finally arrived at the table after 37 minutes.

The service seems disorganized. Orders don’t come at the same time, and dishes are served randomly. My wife received her meal, while the waiter then asked me, “Did you order anything?” Even though I had placed my order with the same waiter just a few minutes earlier. That moment perfectly illustrates how the restaurant operates.

The food itself is fine, but the organization, communication, and management fall short. That’s a real shame, because this campground deserves a restaurant that better matches the quality of the rest of the park.

Nice experience HOWEVER room 829 there was no WIFI. Didn't know before that we weren't going to have any WiFi. Infact when I booked from their site it said WiFi included. To be fair there was WiFi in the common areas but not in the room.

We had a great stay. The house was clean and well maintained. Service also good.

The trailer was fine, though not the best laid out, and ours was a bit dated. It was a large campground, though with plenty of amenities and dining options. The pools were great for all ages! 🏊‍♀️ There wasn’t quite as much to do for older teens, and it could use a few more water slides or deep pools. The service was good and the location was fantastic, especially with Siena and Florence nearby. 🗺️ I’d definitely recommend it. 👍 Another must-do is visiting Fiorentina ⚽ or the brand-new Viola Park training complex. 🏞️
