  Cancellation policy Sandaya

  
  

  For any cancellation request, you must contact the campsite where you booked or request the cancellation through your My Sandaya account.

  Please note that, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, none of Sandaya's services are subject to the right of withdrawal.

  In case of cancellation by the customer after booking and before departure, the following conditions apply:

  • For cancellation up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, Sandaya will retain the deposit paid.
  • For cancellation from 29 days prior to arrival, Sandaya will retain the full amount paid.

  If you have taken out the Liberté option, flexible cancellation conditions apply:

  • Until 30 days before arrival, the stay can be cancelled free of charge and all amounts paid will be fully refunded (except for the cost of the Liberté option).
  • From 29 to 14 days before arrival, the stay can be cancelled at a fixed cancellation cost of €90. Only the amounts already paid will be refunded, less this cost and the price of the Liberté option.
  • From 13 days before arrival and for a stay already started, no refund possible.

  If all or part of the payment was made with a voucher, this amount will not be refunded. This voucher can be refunded on request 18 months after its issue or used for a new reservation.

  The installments are calculated based on the date the cancellation request is received.

• Payment information

  The deposit is: 30% of the total price of your stay and any additional services.

  The remaining amount of the stay must be paid 30 days before the arrival date.

  For reservations made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, the full amount must be paid at the time of reservation (30% deposit + remaining amount).
