Summary created out of 330 reviews

The park is appreciated for its fantastic location between Bardolino and Lazise, directly on Lake Garda with stunning sunsets. Guests praise the friendly and helpful staff, the two swimming pool complexes (including a new water paradise with slides), and the varied restaurants. However, the sanitary facilities are outdated and often lack toilet paper and soap, the wifi network is weak or absent, and the pitches are uneven and muddy when it rains. Additionally, some guests find the pitches too cramped and the terrain very hilly.

The campground is generally nice and in a great location. There are plenty of activities for kids—from slides and a playground to a mini disco and entertainment programs. The food in the restaurants is delicious, too.
The situation with the lounge chairs at both pools is an absolute disaster. Vacationers line up before 9:30 a.m., sprint in, and throw their towels on the loungers. There’s no way for a family to get at least two loungers later in the day. There are also very few staff members who are friendly enough to free up loungers, even though the kids are in the pool the whole time anyway. They should implement a fee system for sun loungers here. Or the lifeguards should consistently remind guests that there isn’t a sun lounger for every guest. That’s why we can only give two stars, since every time it took us forever just to snag at least one sun lounger for the four of us. The situation with the umbrellas is just as disastrous. There are far too few umbrellas.
Our mobile home (Classic Lounge) was already a bit dated, and the amenities were rather sparse. You should bring dish towels, Glitzi, toilet paper, small towels, trash bags, etc., from home.

Możemy bardziej byc international i tańczyć do US /UK- spoko.

No niszczy mi psychę.

⭐️⭐️ Unfortunately, well below our expectations ⭐️⭐️

We unfortunately cut our stay at the Cisano San Vito campground short. Of course, this is our personal experience—but for us, too many negative issues piled up.

First, we’d like to highlight the central location between Bardolino and Lazise. We also had a very good meal at the pizzeria down by the lake. Another plus for families is that a doctor or pediatrician visits the campground twice a day. In addition, cleaning crews were regularly on site to maintain the restroom facilities. The entertainment program, featuring evening shows and a kids’ disco in several languages, is generally nice as well.

Unfortunately, the negative experiences still outweighed the positive ones for us.

It started right upon arrival with the campsite. Although we were allowed to choose between three sites, none of them matched the dimensions specified for the category we’d booked. As a result, we couldn’t set up our awning. Parking our car was also very difficult—in the end, it was positioned in such a way that part of it jutted out into the street. This is particularly frustrating when you’re traveling with a larger trailer and have booked according to the specified pitch size.

Other issues that affected our stay:

❌ Starting around 6 p.m., there was no hot water on several occasions—neither for showering nor for washing dishes.

❌ In our opinion, quiet hours were hardly observed.

❌ There was a glass recycling bin right next to our campsite. Sometimes, glass bottles were even disposed of there around 2 a.m.

❌ We paid €6 for Wi-Fi, but we still couldn’t use it because it didn’t work for us.

❌ The mini-golf course looked neglected.

❌ The pools were extremely crowded, and in our opinion, there were far too few lounge chairs for the number of guests.

❌ We also found it particularly disappointing that communication regarding our complaint was difficult.

In the end, we therefore decided to cut our stay short and move to another campground.

It’s a shame, because Cisano San Vito actually has a lot of potential thanks to its location and amenities. For us personally, however, the overall experience didn’t live up to the expectations we had based on the campground’s description and category.

⭐ Our conclusion: Stars aren’t everything.

⭐️⭐️ Leider deutlich hinter unseren Erwartungen ⭐️⭐️
