Camping is done under a tent canvas. Right? At least it gives you that typical camping atmosphere and the feeling of being outside more than inside. Open the zipper, take off the terrace and put your feet in the grass. If only you could combine that with a real bed, a nice shower and a nice couch ... Well, you can! We stayed in a fully equipped tent; it wasn’t the cleanest, but it wasn’t managed by the campground. There are several tour operators on-site that manage various accommodations (tents, mobile homes, bungalows, etc.)
The campground is huge and equipped with all amenities; the restrooms are always clean despite the large crowds. The pools are very nice—we especially liked the one with fewer slides—and the lifeguards are really great, keeping a close eye on everything. We liked the Cisano restaurant (upstairs)—we had pizza there—the service was very quick, and the waiter who served us was very friendly and kind.this is a translation, click here for the original

First off: We weren’t guests at the campground, but we wanted to visit family—or rather, just drop off 10 cases of wine.
In short, this would have been very difficult to do. Driving in with our car was simply not an option. The 10 cases would have had to be laboriously loaded onto the groundskeeper’s golf cart—and he wasn’t exactly friendly or accommodating—and he would have then delivered them to the campsite, so to speak. But even that would only have been possible if he had the time and the cart was available. It wasn’t possible to arrange a specific time. We would have been allowed to enter the campground only by paying the daily visitor fee of €11.50 each. Completely outrageous!!
We then met in the designated parking lot before departure to transfer the items. To do this—admittedly in a somewhat unorthodox way—we parked the RV and a car (another car was still to follow) at the very edge of the quiet and uncrowded parking lot.
What followed, however, was an announcement from the groundskeeper—unmatched in rudeness and bossiness—who acted as if every single square meter of the lot belonged to him. When we explained that we’d be there no longer than 2–3 minutes to unload, we were snarled at in the worst possible way with a tirade of insults and the order to drive away “IMMEDIATELY”!! That’s completely unacceptable—especially since guests who were leaving the campground were also involved.
“He’d block us in now, and then we could figure out how to get out!” Direct quote!!
Unfriendly, uncooperative, insolent, and, above all, WITHOUT any need—there was NOTHING going on in the area. By all accounts—including the guests’ statements—this “campground sheriff’s” behavior seems to have persisted throughout their stay.
It’s a shame, because we’ve always appreciated the hospitality and helpfulness we’ve experienced at Lake Garda. Because of this one person alone, I cannot recommend this campground.this is a translation, click here for the original

Unfortunately we had a really bad experience here- it’s been our most expensive camp of the trip and the worst!
The staff were not bothered to help - at 11:30PM really loud grinders banging metal, my husband went to speak to the staff as it woke our children they basically told him to go away - the receptionist in the nighttime shift said sorry but nothing I can do about it. The receptionist on morning said “ it is impossible and that did not happen. After asking for the manager who states it did in-fact happen. The facilities were the dirtiest of all we have stayed in. Unfortunately we did not have a great experience here - suppose to stay 3 nights. Infact stayed 1.
Wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend.
