Super baseny. Mimo odwiedzin w II połowie września pogoda lepsza niż nad Bałtykiem w sezonie. Standard jak na cztery gwiazdki trochę średni... Wszystko niby ok ale niedopracowane. Dużo atrakcji i duży camping. Tydzień przed zamknięciem całego obiektu w sklepie spożywczym sprzedaż na wszystko, -50%!

The campground and the entire facility, including the swimming pool, are truly outstanding. But, like many others have said, the service at check-in is poor. We were simply assigned a spot, but it was truly the very worst one on the entire property. It was very cramped, completely dark, and we couldn’t set up anything. For three days, we tried … everything to get a different spot because we finally wanted to enjoy our vacation. I wrote down 15 sites that were empty and remained unoccupied the entire time....
Apparently, they claimed all of them were occupied even though they were empty right up until we left. They just laughed at us because they didn’t want to go through the trouble of changing our reservation. I spoke with many other campers who had the exact same experience. The reception staff are unfriendly, snobby, and lazy.
Late in the evening, after 10 p.m., the lady at the front desk had to chuckle because she’s familiar with this pattern from her colleague.
When paying in the morning, it was exactly the same—this person wasn’t surprised either, because the front desk staff don’t feel like making rebookings during the day.
It’s a real shame—we come here very often, but we’ve never been treated this badly before. There was neither an apology nor a small discount; we paid a lot of money but received no service in return.this is a translation, click here for the original
Der Campingplatz und die gesamte Anlage samt Schwimmbad sind wirklich hervorragend. Aber wie viele andere der Service bei der Anmeldung ist schlecht. Uns wurde einfach ein Platz zugewiesen, aber es war wirklich der aller schlechteste der gesamten Anlage. Sehr eng total dunkel und man konnte nichts aufbauen. 3 Tage lang alles versucht einen anderen Platz zu bekommen weil wir endlich Urlaub machen wollten. Habe 15 Parzellen aufgeschrieben die leer waren und auch nicht in der gesamten Zeit besetzt wurden....
Angeblich wer alles besetzt obwohl sie bis zur Abreise leer waren. Man wurde einfach ausgelacht weil sie sich die Arbeit der Umbuchung nicht machen wollten. Ich habe mich mit vielen anderen Camping Gästen unterhalten denen es genauso ergangen ist. Die Angestellten in der Rezeption sind unfreundlich hochnäsig und nicht Fleißig.
Spät abends nach 22 Uhr die Dame in der Rezeption musste schmunzeln weil sie diesen Vorgang ihrer Kollegin kennt.
Bei der Bezahlung vormittags genau das gleiche auch diese Person wunderte es nicht weil sie an der Rezeption tagsüber keine Lust haben umzubuchen.
Sehr schade wir sind sehr oft hier aber so schlecht sind wir noch nie behandelt worden. Es gab weder eine Entschuldigung oder einen kleinen Rabatt viel Geld bezahlt aber keine Leistung dafür erhalten. -

We went to Pra Delle Torri, we did come two days before closing of the season but almost half the activities on site was already shut down. In addition to this, I would definitely say, that you can see that forexample some of the pool areas are of older date.
All the service we got was very kind and everyone tried to be helpful.
