A very nice campground with plenty of attractions for all ages.

Pros:
- 2 water parks (so you don’t have to go anywhere else)
- a wide variety of restaurants—there’s something for everyone.
- in addition to water parks, there are other attractions (many of which require an additional fee)
- Cleaning staff are present all day in … the washrooms to ensure cleanliness.
- Staff are very friendly and attentive no matter where you go.
- Check-in was very well organized and handled quickly.

Negatives:
- We didn’t like washhouse 15 (presumably the newest one, or at least with a new layout) because it was very dark.
- The music and evening entertainment run very late (11 p.m.) and are always playing.
- Some spots are very small
- House rules aren’t enforced (e.g., ban on electric vehicles, quiet hours)

Neutral:
- We’d like it if you could reserve specific spots and not just categories.
It feels like they just assign whatever’s available at the moment, regardless of whether it’s a good fit.
- Beach chairs: typically very expensive in Italy, but not mandatory.
- Only one bakery with long lines.
- The camping store isn’t overpriced in many areas.
- Different operators run the restaurants and shops; it’s worth comparing prices.
- The driveways to the sites are very narrow in some places; we’d recommend unhitching the trailer.

Great campground for families, with plenty of variety and activities on offer

Well, the campground is very large—even the RV sites, which include space for a car and a tent—but it also depends on which one you book. For us, the place is just too big and very crowded.
The restrooms are the same; we’ve had to wait several times for a restroom to become available, and the same goes for the showers. The cleanliness of the … restrooms is okay, but things like the toilet seat cleaner and the toilet seat itself are loose and could use some repair.
I could write a lot more here, but I think that should be enough.

A beautiful campground with 2 water parks, 1 small outdoor park, 1 huge playground, and direct access to the ocean. Everything here is neat and clean. The water parks are also great for small children (mine are 2 and 4 years old). You can buy everything you need here, and there are laundry facilities, too. There are also a thousand other things to discover here that we didn’t have time to explore in a week. Simply the best.

Very disappointing for a 5-star campground

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. You’d expect much more from a 5-star campground with such a high price for a campsite.

While the campground does offer many extras—such as a beach, gym, water park, and other amenities—you have to pay extra for so many of them. Given … the already high prices for the campsite, I don’t think that’s reasonable. Especially at a 5-star campground, at least a significant portion of the offered amenities should be included in the price.

We were also particularly disappointed by the behavior of some of the staff. Unfortunately, we sometimes found the staff to lack friendliness and a customer-oriented attitude. At a campground in this price range and with a 5-star rating, we expect significantly better treatment of guests.

Overall, we feel the value for money is completely lacking. The campground certainly has many nice facilities and potential, but the additional costs for numerous offerings and the sometimes unfriendly treatment of guests unfortunately left us with a very negative impression.
