Summary created out of 170 reviews

This holiday park offers an excellent location directly on a beautiful sandy beach and is appreciated for its well-maintained, manageable size. Guests praise the modern sanitary facilities that are regularly cleaned, the heated swimming pool, and the friendly, dedicated animation staff who provide a varied programme. The shop is well-stocked and the park is very suitable for families with dogs thanks to the separate dog beach. Despite the good facilities, several guests point to disappointing experiences with the restaurant and terrace, where service and quality do not match the five-star status, and improvements to reception and service are desired.

Bluebar Disaster—no one cleans the tables; they're dirty. For a 5-star campground, this is a disaster—completely unacceptable.

We had a wonderful stay at the campground.
    Highlights:
    - Cleanliness of the grounds
    - Premium cottage with a MAGNIFICENT ocean view, excellent service (remember to sweep the rooftop terrace before guests arrive :)
    - Doctor available 7 days a week for €50
    - Mini-market—it has everything; it’s perfect.
    - Vending machine for still or sparkling water
    - Color Run and Electric Run events—awesome!
    - Almost private spa—€15 for 2 hours—top-notch. They could use a massage area; I had to go to a nearby campground, which was a shame.
    - Great entertainment team that really tries to get us involved. Kudos to them for their energy.
    - Close to Venice: 20 min by bus, 30 min by boat, €25/person. For the other islands, €31/person.
    Negatives:
    - ZERO service at both the bar and the restaurant—a disgrace for a 5-star hotel
Wine, coffee, etc., served in plastic cups—unheard of...
    - Upon arrival, no explanation about the pool pass, the linen change schedule (every 15 days), or how the trash bins work; no Wi-Fi password—in short, the welcome needs improvement...
    - The restaurant is a total no-go—the staff doesn’t know what a smile is, and meals were served in several batches; we all ended up eating separately even though there was no one else there.
Same goes for the snack bar: the pasta was still frozen, and apparently there were too many orders for them to heat it up for me—lol, there was absolutely no one there. I ended up not eating at the great restaurant across from the campground. We went there 8 times in 15 days—no complaints, it’s a great spot.
    - A campground where nothing’s happening after 11 p.m.—it’s a shame; you can’t even go out for a drink.
    - The pool—that’s also a problem. You can’t do anything: not a single dive, not a ball game—everything is a problem. It’s ridiculous; we feel like we’re being watched all the time. We’re on vacation, and they’re stressing us out.
Best of luck, and I hope you’ll take the necessary steps to improve service and friendliness, because this is a real problem.

    Excellent séjour au camping.
    Points positifs :
