The perfect campground!!!!

This is our third time here—it doesn't get any better than this!
We'll definitely be back :)

It's always worth the trip. A beautiful, clean campground.

We stayed on a campervan site for 6 days, during the week of August 16–22. We were honestly amazed at how the EUROPA campground could objectively deserve a top rating (5 stars) even from organizations like ADAC, whose inspectors I saw at the campground entrance, among other things...

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY POOR!!! Let me explain:
- the restrooms, showers, sinks, and washbasins are filthy AT ALL HOURS, and the soap and toilet cleaner dispensers are almost always empty;
- I’ve never even seen this at a highway rest stop: clogged urinals that spurt “water” and soak your feet… the solution? They were cordoned off all week;
- waves of sewage odor, even while washing dishes… terrible;
- The kids’ attractions all require tokens and are really subpar;
- Since I was staying with a 2-year-old, I would have made use of the playgrounds—too bad there’s only one on the beach, completely exposed to the sun all day long... A campground like this should have more than one, and they should be in the shade!
- Safe GLUTEN-FREE options are practically nonexistent, and the staff is definitely unprepared when it comes to this;
- The paving outside the (only) restaurant was inexplicably half-removed and dangerously unmarked throughout my entire stay.

While I want to emphasize that I was always polite to the staff, at checkout, the staff didn’t even bother to ask if the guest had enjoyed their stay. They just opened the gate and… “All paid, all good, goodbye.”

To anyone reading this review, I can assure you that there are other hotels in the area with one fewer star that offer significantly higher quality, PERFECT cleanliness at all hours, and overall management carried out with a level of care that seems to be completely absent here.

The entertainment program and the proximity to the city center were positive.

A campground offering a wide range of amenities. We appreciated the staff’s friendliness and the campground’s proximity to the sea. The mobile homes are well-designed but lack some amenities. However, even a short trip to Venice requires some serious planning: it’s not close by, and the trip takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
