  Cancellation

  In case of cancellation, the guest pays a fee to the entrepreneur. This fee amounts to:

  If cancelled more than three months before the commencement date, 15% of the total price as stated on the stay agreement; If cancelled within three to two months before the commencement date, 50% of the total price as stated on the stay agreement; If cancelled within two to one month before the commencement date, 75% of the total price as stated on the stay agreement; If cancelled within one month before the commencement date, 90% of the total price as stated on the stay agreement; If cancelled on the day of the commencement date, 100% of the total price as stated on the stay agreement. The entrepreneur recommends taking out cancellation insurance. It is possible to take out cancellation insurance with Recreatieverzekeringen via the entrepreneur when booking your stay. When the guest takes out cancellation insurance through Recreatieverzekeringen, the guest is bound by the terms and all decisions resulting from Recreatieverzekeringen. The entrepreneur is not liable for, and has no influence on, any decisions made by Recreatieverzekeringen relating to the cancellation insurance and the processing of a damage claim. The entrepreneur will always provide the required documents to the guest, as requested by Recreatieverzekeringen for submitting a damage claim.

  It is not possible to change the date of your reservation after your booking has been confirmed. If you cannot come on the reserved date, you must cancel the reservation.

  It is not possible to have the reservation taken over by another person. As soon as the main booker can no longer come, you must cancel the reservation.

• Payment information

  When making the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid immediately. The remaining amount (70% of the total) must be paid no later than 93 days before the start of the stay.

  If the guest receives the written confirmation less than 93 days before the start of the stay, the full amount (100%) must be paid immediately.

  If, on the day of arrival, the entrepreneur has not received the full outstanding amount, the entrepreneur reserves the right to deny the guest access.
