    Cancellation Policy


    Reservations can only be cancelled in writing.

    The cancellation fee is 25% of the rent if cancelled up to eight weeks before the booked period (minimum € 115) and 50% of the rent if cancelled between eight and four weeks before the booked period (minimum € 115).

    For cancellation within four weeks before the booked period, the full rent is due.

    No refunds will be made for later arrival at the tent or earlier departure than booked.

    Cancellation fees can be reclaimed if you have cancellation insurance. Whether this works depends on the conditions of the insurance and the reason for cancellation.

    Cancellation/Cancellation by Europe Tents

    If Europe Tents can not offer the booked accommodation, the tenant will be informed immediately. You will be offered a suitable alternative without increasing the price. If you do not use this, you will receive your deposit and booking fee back within two weeks. Europe Tents is not obliged to do this in case of force majeure, such as declaring a state of emergency on the campsite, outbreak of infectious diseases that can be dangerous for humans and / or animals and imminent danger of flooding or forest fires.

    Within two weeks after receiving the reservation confirmation you pay 15% of the total amount (minimum € 150). The next 15% you pay no later than 8 weeks after booking and the remaining 70% you pay 8 weeks before arrival. If you book within 8 weeks before departure, you pay the total amount at once. In case of late payment Europe Tents has the right to cancel the reservation - after demand; You are then responsible for the cancellation costs. By careless payment, all costs are for your account.

    We stayed here for two nights. A beautiful campground with very clean restrooms. The restaurant is simply excellent and definitely affordable. It’s located on the Sure River, where you can take a refreshing dip, and the surroundings are fantastic—we’ll definitely be back. Plus, there are nice, spacious sites with 16A power, water, and drainage.

    Wij zijn hier 2 nachten geweest. Een prachtige camping met heel keurig sanitair. Restaurant is gewoon heer erg goed en zeker betaalbaar. Ligt aan de Sure waar je heerlijk kan afkoelen en de omgeving is fantastisch,komen hier zeker een keer terug. Oom mooi grote plekken met 16a stroom,water en afvoer.

    A neat campground with clean restroom facilities, located on the banks of a small river. Close to the highway, it’s ideal as a stopover campground or for a day or two. Great hiking and biking opportunities.

    Wasn’t impressed with this site. Checked in to a sort of friendly welcome, was advised that we have 5kw of electricity included per night (we stayed 2)

    I tripped the electricity as soon as I tried to use my outdoor hot plate (10amps)

    Went to reception to speak as you can’t reset the trip yourself (all locked away!) I was told then that the pitches only have a 10amp breaker. Well if you do the maths 10amp isn’t a lot if you’re in a caravan or MH. We Opted not to use the electricity apart from the fridge. We got there late on our first day and was out all day on our second day however when we checked out we had miraculous used 19kwh of electricity included the two days we were there (yet we were out for most of it). I had no way to verify these figures, I was told that’s simply what the counter says ! Grand scheme it was €4.50 but it was the lack visibility that I didn’t like.

    It the height of the heatwave, dry grass etc someone seemed to think it was a good ideas to have a campfire on the ground. When I pointed this out to reception they weren’t bothered as “they have a fire extinguisher with them”. Bonkers….

    Unfortunately this site is off our list to stay at again.
