We were able to stay here for the past two weeks, so I can’t really comment on the condition of the stationary RVs because we brought our own luxury villa from 1987. The restrooms were outdated but were cleaned at least three times a day—which is very important for camping. Other than that, I have no complaints, aside from a few minor maintenance issues here and there at the end of the season. On the first day, there was a clog in the men’s restroom, but it was resolved very quickly—kudos for that. The pool was also great—I saw the owners cleaning it a few times. Yes, a lot of it is outdated, including the slide that wasn’t working—it’s a shame, but did I miss it? No. The entertainment team also did their very best. The park is a mix of caravans and mobile homes, ranging up to very luxurious mobile homes. The adjacent section is also under construction, but it’s not disruptive at all—after all, the road to Rome wasn’t built in a day. I don’t think the many negative reviews are entirely justified. The new owners are doing their very best to make it a success.

We camped here with our grandson. The deep end of the pool was fine, but we didn’t think the shallow end was very accessible. There were no steps or anything similar to make it easy to get in. The grounds—and especially around the restroom buildings—were a bit untidy; the toilets and showers were just barely acceptable.

We stayed there for a midweek getaway; the ditch was dry, so we couldn't go fishing, and we couldn't sit outside the cottage because of the foul smell from the sewer—it was unbearable both inside and outside, even under the porch.
