    Mooi park met veel potentie, maar zeker hun zaakjes nog niet op orde. Binnenzwembad weken dicht ivm technisch mankement. Dat geldt ook voor de plaza. De inrichting van de speelhal, het café en de bowling is aller behalve gezellig. Als ze dit aanpakken, krijgt het park echt een andere (betere) beleving. De plaats en het zwembad dicht, de QR codes om te bestellen in de andere ruimtes offline en dan niemand achter de bar. Geen goede zaak, vooral niet als er al zo veel dicht is vanwege de technische issues.

    Kwamen aan, huisje was heel smerig. Pasta en vieze sokken nog in bed het was 17.00 geweest dus contact gezocht met OZ beveiling die het park beveiligd. Wat een klasse jongens! Niets was te veel! Meteen door de jongens van de beveilig super geholpen en zelfs een nieuw schoon huisje gekregen. Laat de vakantie maar beginnen maar 10 punten zeker voor OZ beveiling!!

    Je boekt je betaalt en krijgt een betalingsherinnering je belt nee mevrouw alles is ok. Nog een betalingsherinnering je belt mevrouw gewoon afschrift laten zien dan is het ok. We kregen eerst verkeerde huisje moesten dag erna verhuizen. En nogmaals betalen ik laat afschrift zien nee je moet maandag maar na hoofdkantoor bellen. Hoofdkantoor zegt nee regelen met het park . Na hele week bellen word inderdaad toegegeven dat er een fout gemaakt is en zou me geld terug krijgen na week bellen nee kon 10 dagen duren na 10 dagen bellen nee moest gewoon wachten. Ok dus ik MOET 2x betalen door fout van hun maar terug betalen kan een maand duren. Na 17 dagen. Eindelijk me geld terug na 20 x bellen de service is echt heel slecht

    We were there as a family in October with 3 children (3-8 years) and had a modern, well-equipped house. Especially great is the fireplace in the house which creates a cozy atmosphere in the cold season. The park is beautifully laid out and pleasant to walk in. The playground and the animals invite you to linger in the outdoor area. The indoor area with its restaurants and the indoor playground for the children was great and you could have a nice day even on rainy days. In summer I think the park offers even more possibilities (entertainment, restaurants open outside etc.) Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed, but we were informed by email and they apologized and gave us a reprieve when we asked. The service and staff are very nice. There are also German-speaking employees. The cleanliness of the house was fine. It could have been cleaner in the corners and under the bed but that is a high level criticism. We enjoyed the vacation very much and you can spend a few nice days in the Parc. There are also lots of things to do with children in the surrounding area without having to travel far.

    Wir waren als Familie im Oktober da mit 3 Kindern (3-8Jahre) und hatten ein modernes gut ausgestattetes Haus. Ganz besonders toll ist im Haus der Kamin der eine gemütliche Atmosphäre in der kalten Jahreszeit schafft. Der Park ist sehr schön angelegt und freundlich zum spazieren gehen. Der Spielplatz und die Tiere laden zum verweilen imAußengelände ein. Der innen Bereich mit seinen Restaurants und der indoor Spielplatz für die Kinder war toll und man konnte sich auch an Regentagen einen schönen Tag machen. Zur Sommerzeit denke ich bietet der Park noch mehr Möglichkeiten (Animation, draußen geöffnete Restaurants etc.) Leider hatte das Schwimmbad geschlossen, wir wurden jedoch per Mail informiert und es wurde sich darin entschuldigt und uns auf Ansprache eine Vergeltung gegeben. Der Service und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Es gibt auch deutsch sprechende Mitarbeitende. Die Sauberkeit war an sich in Ordnung im Haus. In den Ecken und unter dem Bett hätte es noch sauberer sein können aber das ist ein Kritik Punkt auf hohem Niveau. Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen und man kann ein paar schöne Tage im Parc verbringen. Außerhalb in der Umgebung gibt es auch einiges was man unternehmen kann mit Kindern ohne weit fahren zu müssen.
