The marina is praised for its excellent location: directly next to Lemmer's town centre and within walking distance of multiple supermarkets including Aldi, Lidl and Jumbo. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, and the harbour offers a quiet base with good facilities. Points of criticism focus on increased prices following a change of management, absent or poorly functioning sanitary and water facilities, and the poor condition of some jetties that urgently need maintenance.

The perfect spot to drink coffee and watch the boats. It's my favorite place to chill out every summer.

The marina was renovated following a change in management. But I would have been happy if it had stayed just the way it was. Back then, the prices were still affordable. No restrooms—they suggest walking into town... Water is available only at the front of the main dock. We’ve been visiting this marina for years, but this will probably be the last time, since it’ll soon be completely filled with houseboats. An 11-meter boat with two adults costs a whopping 31.50 euros… Right in the town of Lemmer, it’s 10 euros cheaper…

Quite expensive since there are no sanitary facilities. Bit of a shame.

Following a change of operator, the jetties have been renovated and the harbor will eventually become a houseboat resort. What has remained: The good location close to the city. But: Very expensive, payment only by i-Marina via QR code, which only the harbour master has. No showers, no toilets, no water. Supposedly you can shower somewhere across the road - we assume at a charter base there. Do they know about it...? Too bad, but we have to advise against a visit. Maybe late in the evening if need be, the harbour master probably does his rounds around 7 pm...

Was geblieben ist: Die gute stadtnahe Lage.
