This detached villa at MarinaPark Beach Resort Soal is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing stay by the water together. With the beach just around the corner, plenty of space in the house, and the cozy atmosphere of Workum nearby, this is the perfect place to create memories together.

Space and light for six people

The villa is 70 m² and cleverly laid out with three bedrooms – two with comfortable box-spring beds and a third with a bunk bed, perfect for children. The master bedroom has a ###private ensuite bathroom. There is also a second bathroom with a spacious walk-in rain shower, and a separate toilet for extra comfort.

The cozy living room has a sitting area with TV, a dining table, and large windows that provide a lot of natural light. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob with integrated extractor, a combi oven, and a dishwasher – ideal for cooking together in peace.

    Perfectly organized, good location, 150m to the sandy beach. Workum itself with a historic square that invites you to linger. Marina within walking distance approx. 1km. We will definitely be back.

    We had a wonderful time at this beautiful villa. The staff in the lobby are very friendly, helpful and respond promptly. At the moment there are more villas being built, but this was not really disturbing.

    We stayed at one of the comfort camping pitches last week. We had originally planned to stay for a week and booked in advance. We left again on the 3rd day. The comfort pitches are right next to a large building site and during the week there is busy and noisy work going on from 7.30am to 4.30pm at the latest. The overpaid amount was refunded. At the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) the place is ok. We can't say anything about the villas and apartments, except that they are relatively close together.

    Wir waren letzte Woche auf einem der Komfort-Camping-Plätze. Ursprünglich hatten wir einen Aufenthalt von einer Woche geplant und vorab gebucht. Am 3. Tag sind wir wieder abgereist. Die Komfortplätze liegen direkt neben einer großen Baustelle und unter der Woche wird von spätestens 7.30 h bis 16.30 h fleißig und lautstark gearbeitet. Der überbezahlte Betrag wurde erstattet. Am Wochenende (Samstag und Sonntag) ist der Platz ok. Zu den Villen und Apartments können wir nichts sagen, außer dass sie relativ eng beieinander stehen.
