    Great campground. Cozy atmosphere with a small playground on every site. (Camping sites on an island named after the Eleven Cities)
    The restroom facilities are dated but are kept clean
    Close to the capital, Leeuwarden, next to Aqua Zoo (zoo), and right in the middle of the province with plenty of water sports activities and lakes near charming towns.
    Easy access to the Wadden Islands.

    Geweldige camping. gezellige sfeer met speelterreintje op elk veld. (Kampeerplaatsen op eiland met Elf steden namen )
    Toiletgebouwen zijn gedateerd maar worden goed schoongemaakt
    Dicht bij de hoofdstad Leeuwarden, naast Aqua Zoo (dierenpark) en midden in de provincie met veel watersport activiteiten en meren met leuke steden.
    Makkelijk te bereiken naar de Waddeneilanden.

    Waarom wordt er tijdens het boeken nergens duidelijk vermeld dat er blauwalg in het zwemwater aanwezig is? Zeker wanneer je met kleine kinderen komt, is dit belangrijke informatie die je vooraf wilt weten.

    Op warme dagen kunnen de kinderen hierdoor niet veilig zwemmen en ontbreekt juist de mogelijkheid om even lekker af te koelen. Dat geeft met jonge kinderen geen prettig gevoel. Wij vinden dat de camping hier beter op had kunnen anticiperen, bijvoorbeeld door tijdens deze periode tijdelijk een zwembad of een andere veilige mogelijkheid tot verkoeling voor kinderen te plaatsen.

    Erg jammer dat hierover vooraf niet duidelijk wordt gecommuniceerd en dat er geen passend alternatief lijkt te worden aangeboden.
