The Modus 4+2 really gives a sense of comfort and luxury during your vacation. This ground-level chalet is detached and suitable for up to 6 people. The living room has a stylish interior with a sitting area and television, a dining area and a modern kitchen including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, combination microwave and a Senseo machine or filter coffee maker. In total there are 2 separate bedrooms in the chalet, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. In addition, there is another double bedstead. The bathroom has a spacious shower stall and a sink. The toilet is in a separate room. Through double doors in the living room you enter the terrace with garden furniture. You can park 1 car at this house and you can connect to the wifi for free.

    It was extremly dirty: - lots of spiders - floors not cleaned - dirty pillows - dirty sofa - not working bathroom - personal not helpful at all. We showed them all the photos about the bad condition of our house and they refused to rebook us. They suggested to send us cleaners straight away, which did not happen. Terribly disappointed with the stay. See the pictures and judge for yourself!

    We stayed at the accommodation from Saturday to Monday at 10 am. As soon as we entered the house, we were greeted by a very unpleasant smell. On closer inspection, we noticed numerous unhygienic and really disgusting conditions: All the dishes were very dirty, the floor was sticky, and I'd rather not even talk about the condition of the beds. The covers were wrapped in plastic, but when we opened them we were met with another unpleasant smell. After our arrival, we initially tried to clean the room ourselves, but quickly realized that the cleaning effort would have been enormous. We therefore contacted the staff. However, the response was anything but customer-friendly: we were simply told that we should not have cleaned ourselves and that we could therefore not be offered any compensation. Overall, we were very disappointed. The accommodation is not recommendable in this condition and the staff were not very accommodating either.

    Wir waren von Samstag bis Montag, 10 Uhr, in der Unterkunft. Bereits beim Betreten des Hauses kam uns ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch entgegen. Bei genauerer Betrachtung fielen uns zahlreiche unhygienische und wirklich ekelhafte Zustände auf: Das gesamte Geschirr war stark verschmutzt, der Boden war klebrig, und über den Zustand der Betten möchte ich am liebsten gar nicht sprechen. Die Bezüge waren zwar in Plastik verpackt, doch nach dem Öffnen kam uns erneut ein unangenehmer Geruch entgegen. Nach unserer Ankunft haben wir zunächst versucht, selbst zu putzen, mussten aber schnell feststellen, dass der Reinigungsaufwand enorm gewesen wäre. Deshalb haben wir das Personal kontaktiert. Die Reaktion war jedoch alles andere als kundenfreundlich: Uns wurde lediglich mitgeteilt, dass wir nicht hätten selbst putzen sollen, und dass man uns deshalb keine Entschädigung anbieten könne. Insgesamt waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Die Unterkunft ist in diesem Zustand nicht empfehlenswert, und auch das Personal zeigte sich wenig entgegenkommend.

    A great park in a beautiful setting. From the fabulous accommodation "Notenboom 5" (L-Cube construction) everything was within easy walking distance. The small supermarket is directly opposite. There is a nice restaurant and an indoor swimming pool with a sauna nearby. Even the reception is in the immediate vicinity. The location of Notenboom 5 is really great. I can recommend the park and the accommodation without reservation. Everything was very clean and in perfect condition.

    Ein super Park in einer schönen Umgebung. Von der fabelhaften Unterkunft "Notenboom 5" (L-Cube Bauweise) war alles gut und fussläufig erreichbar. Der kleine Supermarkt befindet sich direkt gegenüber. In der Nähe befindet sich ein schönes Restaurant sowie ein Hallenbad mit einer Sauna. Sogar die Rezeption ist in der direkten Nähe. Die Lage des Notenboom 5 ist wirklich super. Ich kann den Park und die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Alles war sehr sauber und in einem einwandfreien und perfekten Zustand.

    The surroundings and the park are really beautiful, but the cube house we stayed in (Cube Excellent) was in a catastrophic condition. Floors, furniture, bathroom and kitchen very dirty, defective appliances, moldy mattresses and broken equipment. Subsequent reports to reception remained inadequate, feedback from EuroParcs only after six weeks. And you are fobbed off with a voucher for cleaning costs... I wish I had read the reviews earlier... Beautiful place, but unacceptable accommodation - unfortunately not recommended.

    Die Umgebung und der Park sind wirklich schön, aber das Cube-Haus in dem wir gewesen sind ( Cube Excellent ) sind in einem katastrophalen Zustand gewesen. Böden, Möbel, Bad und Küche stark verschmutzt, defekte Geräte, verschimmelte Matratzen und kaputte Ausstattung. Nachmeldungen bei der Rezeption blieben unzureichend, Rückmeldung von EuroParcs erst nach sechs Wochen. Und man wird mit einem Gutschein über Reinigungskosten abgespeist… Hätte ich mir die Bewertungen früher mal durchgelesen.. Schöner Ort, aber unzumutbare Unterkünfte – leider nicht zu empfehlen.
