The Modus Wellness 2 is reminiscent of a luxury hotel room with wonderful wellness facilities. The detached chalet is ground floor and suitable for 2 persons. The living-bedroom is warmly decorated and you will find a double bed, a sitting area with television, a bathtub, spacious shower, sink and infrared sauna or electric sauna and a dining area and a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and a Senseo machine or filter coffee maker. Modus Wellness 2 has a separate toilet. You can park 1 car at the chalet and you can use the free wifi. Your booked accommodation has one-time hotel service! This means that your beds are made upon arrival and there is a towel set ready for you. Please note: It is not allowed to charge electric cars at the property.

    Hulshorst Park is the most beautiful of the three Europarks on Lake Veluwe. It’s a paradise for water sports and cycling, and at the same time very appealing to families. Here you’ll find a recreational park with roller coasters, charming Dutch towns, perfect bike paths, and a surprising amount of peace and quiet. Some of the houses are particularly well-suited for dogs—because they’re fenced in. In general, the park is very dog-friendly, despite the leash requirement.

    Der Park Hulshorst ist der schönste der drei Europarks am Veluwemeer. Es ist ein Wassersport- und Radsportparadies und gleichzeitig sehr attraktiv für Familien. Ein Freizeitpark mit Achterbahnen, tolle niederländische Städchen, perfekte Radwege und erstaunlich viel Ruhe gibt es hier. Einzelne Häuser sind für Hunde besonders gut geeignet - weil eingezäunt. Allgemein ist der Park trotz Leinenpflicht sehr hundefreundlich.

    The view from our cottage was truly amazing! (Wilg 39). Unfortunately, we couldn’t open any windows or doors in the evening because of the many large spiders that had spun their webs all around the cottage. On the first night, we used the vacuum cleaner to remove at least 15 large spiders that were inside. We went to the front desk about this and were told that the exterior of the cottage had been cleaned in the spring. Since it was the weekend, they didn’t know if anyone was available to come take a look.
    We didn’t see or hear from anyone about this in the days that followed... which is a real shame, because with that heat, it definitely got up to 30°C inside the cottage during the day (and we didn’t have air conditioning).
    Inside the cottage, it had been cleaned well enough, but not fantastically...

    Bij ons huisje was het uitzicht echt geweldig! (Wilg 39) . Helaas konden er s avonds geen ramen of deuren open gezet worden ivm de vele dikke spinnen die rondom het huisje ingenetseld waren. De eerste avond hebben we zeker 15 dikke spinnen die binnen zaten met de stofzuiger verwijderd. We gingen hiervoor naar de receptie en kregen te horen dat het huisje in het voorjaar aan de buitenkant schoon was gemaakt. Aangezien het weekend was wisten ze niet of er iemand beschikbaar was om te komen kijken hiervoor.
    We hebben de dagen daarop niemand hiervoor gezien of gehoord... zeer jammer, want in het huisje werd het overdag met die hitte toch zeker 30°C (en we hadden geen airco).
    Binnen in het huisje was er goed genoeg schoongemaakt, maar niet fantastisch...

    A beautiful vacation park right on the water. The two of us rented a chalet, and it had everything we needed in terms of amenities. A lovely beach with a cozy beach bar. Several shopping options about 10 minutes away. Highly recommended!

    Schöner Ferienpark direkt am Wasser gelegen. Hatten zu zweit ein Chalet gemietet und von der Einrichtung her alles was man braucht. Schöner Strand mit gemütlicher Strandbar. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca 10min Entfernung. Empfehlenswert!

    The accommodation smelled of mould and there was mould on the curtains. We offered to pay more to upgrade to a better place but they refused to allow us to swap. All the accommodation is owned by individuals so it’s just luck whether you get a mouldy disgusting one or not. I would never take the risk again
