The Modus Wellness 2 is reminiscent of a luxury hotel room with wonderful wellness facilities. The detached chalet is ground floor and suitable for 2 persons. The living-bedroom is warmly decorated and you will find a double bed, a sitting area with television, a bathtub, spacious shower, sink and infrared sauna or electric sauna and a dining area and a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and a Senseo machine or filter coffee maker. Modus Wellness 2 has a separate toilet. You can park 1 car at the chalet and you can use the free wifi. Your booked accommodation has one-time hotel service! This means that your beds are made upon arrival and there is a towel set ready for you. Please note: It is not allowed to charge electric cars at the property.

    Nice establishment, fantastic bath outside, minimarket and restaurant. Had some issues with the booking. Nice place for children.

    Nice, but there’s plenty of room for improvement.
    The reviews contain a lot of negative criticism about the condition of the bungalows. Apparently, this criticism is justified. There are some bungalows that can be booked directly. The condition of these bungalows seems to be better.
    The interior of our bungalow was spotless. It could have been a little cleaner. Outside, however, the condition was not up to par. The lounge furniture was covered in bird droppings. The terrace by the house and down by the lounge was littered with brown leaves, as if it were fall, and the terrace area was very untidy.
    At least in June, facilities like the restaurant, kiosk, mini-market, and surf school… had very limited hours. The water and the beaches were a disaster! The beaches were unkempt and filthy. Swimming was impossible due to extremely dense and widespread seaweed!!! It’s a shame—you have the water right on your doorstep and can’t even use it. Aside from a few SUP paddlers, there was no one in the water. The day before we left, they finally tried to clear the seaweed from the beaches. Too late for us. I definitely wouldn’t want to spend a vacation here during peak season.

    Bei den Rezensionen gibt es viel negative Kritik am Zustand der Bungalows. Augenscheinlich scheint diese Kritik berechtigt. Es gibt einige Bungalows die direkt gebucht werden können. Hier scheint der Zustand der Bungalows besser zu sein.
    Unser Bungalow war innen tadellos. Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Außen jedoch war der Zustand nicht in Ordnung. Die Lounge Möbel waren voll mit Vogelkot. Die Terrasse am Haus und unten bei der Lounge war wie im Herbst mit braunen Blättern übersät, der Terrassenbereich war sehr unordentlich.
    Zumindest im Juni haben die Einrichtungen wie Restaurant, Kiosk, Minimarkt, Surfschule... nur sehr eingeschränkte Öffnungszeiten. Das Wasser und die Strände waren eine Katastrophe! Die Strände ungepflegt und verdreckt. Schwimmen war wegen extrem und flächig wuchernden Seegras nicht möglich!!! Schade, da hat man ein Gewässer vor der Tür und man kann es nicht nutzen. Bis auf ein paar Sup Fahrer warwn keine Menschen im Wasser. Ein Tag vor unserer Abreise hat man dann versucht die Strände vom Seegras zu befreien. Für uns zu spät. In der Hauptsaison möchte ich hier definitiv keinen Urlaub verbringen

    We stayed in Beach Villa 7 for a week.
    We’ve never stayed in such a dirty house or seen such a neglected common area on any of our vacations. After reporting the issue directly to the front desk, we were refused a room change and two cleaning staff were sent over.
    The receptionist’s response regarding the cobwebs and mosquitoes under the ceiling and the smudged windows: the cleaning staff aren’t allowed to work above shoulder height...
    After 5 minutes, they left, and the photos were taken afterward. Attempts to contact them have so far gone unanswered.
    After 5 out of 7 days, we called it quits because we never got into the vacation spirit.
    We couldn’t even sit outside properly because of all the old spider webs and such.
    Furthermore, the house is completely under-equipped and does not justify the listed price of 200€/night during the shoulder season. It’s best to bring your own supplies, including pans, etc. There isn’t even a grill or anything similar.

    The park itself looks nice from the outside, and you might get lucky with the houses.

    Wir hatten für eine Woche die Strandvilla 7.
    So ein dreckiges Haus und auch so eine ungepflegte Umlage haben wir in noch keinem Urlaub gehabt. Nach direkter Meldung an der Rezeption wurde uns ein Umzug versagt und zwei Putzkräfte vorbei geschickt.
    Aussage zu Spinnenweben und Mücken unter der Decke und die verschmierten Fenster von der Rezeptionistin: die Putzkräfte dürfen nicht über Schulterhöhe arbeiten...
    Nach 5 min sind diese wieder abgezogen und die Fotos sind im Nachgang entstanden. Auf Kontaktversuche etc wurde bisher nicht geantwortet.
    Nach 5 von 7 Tagen haben wir die Zelte abgebrochen,da keinerlei Urlaubsstimmung aufgekommen ist.
    Auch draußen sitzen konnte man vor lauter alten Spinnenweben etc nicht vernünftig.
    Zudem ist das Haus absolut nicht ausgestattet und spiegelt den aufgerufenen Preis von 200€/Nacht in der Zwischensaison nicht wider. Man sollte am besten seine Ausstattung selbst mitbringen, inkl Pfannen etc. Ebenfalls fehlt sogar ein Grill o.ä.

    Park ansich sieht von der Lage nett aus und man kann scheinbar auch Glück mit den Häusern haben.
