The cottage was disappointing. Four people small beds and no closets in bedroom. Equipment difficult takes long time for someone to arrive. Staff though friendly. Dessert dishes also missing.

We booked a stay here for rest and relaxation, but were assigned a cottage right next to a construction site that was still under construction. From the moment we arrived, we were confronted with construction activities. As we unpacked our belongings, several construction workers were watching my wife. Work continued until about 5 p.m., and the next morning we were awakened at 6:45 a.m. by excavators. Shortly thereafter, a truck carrying sand was practically next to our bedroom window. When I contacted the front desk about this at 09:00, the response I received was, "It's logical that it bothers you." This especially raises the question in my mind as to why this cottage was rented at all if it was known that such extensive work was taking place. We eventually got another cottage, but that did not solve the problem for the other guests. They too booked a stay with the expectation of peace and quiet, while heavy construction traffic drives through the entire park towards the construction site every day between approximately 08:30 and 09:00. The biggest problem is not even that there is construction going on, but that this is not clearly communicated in advance. If I had known that the park is largely under construction, I would never have booked because of the inconvenience. For those seeking peace and quiet: inform well in advance about the work on the park. Unfortunately, this is not proactively communicated to guests.
