General information

There are three safari tents (Glamphuys) at Buitengoed Ruysbos. Suitable for 6 persons, with three bedrooms. There is a four-poster bed, two single beds and a spacious box bed for 2 persons. This glamping tent has a fully equipped kitchen with a 4 burner induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a large fridge with freezer compartment. As well as a private full bathroom with rain shower, toilet and sink. The tent is heated by a cozy pellet stove. The unit is free and hidden in nature and has a private veranda where there is also a lounge set and picnic table. The safari tent is also equipped with a wood-fired hot tub, a real treat!

This sturdy and luxurious safari tent is in winter specially equipped for the real adventurers who enjoy a thick sweater and are not afraid of a fresh nose in the morning! For the winter, the tents are equipped with an extra heater, extra thick comforters, jars and because the days are really shorter, a TV is added. Your kale, pea soup you just prepare -according to your own recipe- in the extensive kitchen. Or you can have it delivered. Do the dishes in the dishwasher and take an extra hot shower in your own (heated) bathroom, equipped with a rain shower.

To make winter glamping possible, this glamping tent also has a pellet heater in addition to an electric radiant heater. There are also extra thick comforters and pitchers to keep you warm. Only during periods of frost is it necessary to close the winter glamping temporarily. This is because of the risk of frozen pipes, but this does not happen very often in the Netherlands in recent years. Of course Buitengoed Ruysbos will then move the period free of charge or you will receive your full(!) deposit back.

    Rest!!!! Being outdoors. Activities of splitting wood, firing up hot tub and enjoying in it. BBQ. Very well cared for and cozily decorated "tent". Everything is thought of. Even bread from the baker. We have had a wonderful weekend. Thank you again for your hospitality on your beautiful and well kept estate.

    Rust!!!! Buiten zijn. Activiteiten van hout kloven, hottub opstoken en daarin genieten. BBQ. Zeer goed verzorgde en gezellig ingerichte “tent”. Aan alles is gedacht. Zelfs aan broodjes van de bakker. Wij hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad. Nogmaals hartelijk dank voor jullie gastvrijheid op jullie mooi en goed verzorgde buitengoed.

    We were lovely at the end of the path; it is a quiet site because of its small scale. The staff is very friendly and easy to approach. The opportunities for fire making are very nice. The wood for the hot tub is included and easy to split because of the materials provided.

    We zaten heerlijk aan het einde van het pad, het is een rustig terrein door de kleinschaligheid. De medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk en makkelijk te benaderen. De mogelijkheden voor vuurtje maken zijn erg fijn. Het hout voor de hottub is inbegrepen en makkelijk te kloven door de materialen die aanwezig zijn.
