Lodge Compact - 4 persons

Rented a lodge tent (4 people). Don't do it! The tent wasn't in very good condition; the back of the tent was completely moldy and started to smell during the first rain shower (the tents are from VodaTent).
The beds inside were terrible; the mattresses are so thin that your hips end up resting on the bed frame.
Furthermore, for that price, we expected there to be a kitchenette with a faucet (we could have known this if we’d read the description very carefully—it’s not mentioned, but you wouldn’t expect that anyway, you had to get your drinking water from a jerry can), and for that price, a private toilet wouldn’t be a luxury either—you’re paying over €100 a night! It’s nothing more than a cloth hiker’s cabin.
Then there’s the campground itself—a shadow of its former self!
The toilet/shower we were allowed to use is some kind of discarded portable unit—it looks terrible. The toilet and shower are in one super-small space where you can barely turn around (though I have to say it was clean).
There was absolutely nothing to do at the campground (except for renting e-scooters, etc.). It all looks pretty cheerful in the photos, but we found it a rather bleak place (containers everywhere; the mobile home section seems to be phased out). The terrace/snack bar was also closed (it was supposed to be closed on Monday but was also closed on Tuesday and Wednesday). In the video on Google, you see children standing by a bookcase or game cabinet—you might think there’s a bad-weather shelter, but there isn’t. You see them walking around with ping-pong paddles, but there’s no ping-pong table. The website mentions a (cozy) campfire, but there isn’t one.
Strikingly, we were the only guests! That’s quite unusual during summer vacation. We went home a night early; the situation definitely didn’t put us in a good mood.
The back of the safari tent is just 2 to 3 meters from the road, where traffic drives by at high speeds even in the evening and at night—a lot of noise, very annoying.
All in all, we wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

We rented a chopper at that campground! The people there were really super nice and helpful!!

A really nice campground, friendly people, nice and simple. The restrooms are a bit dated but very clean.

A very good, clean, and well-maintained campground. We stayed in a so-called safari tent and were extremely satisfied—it’s a whole new dimension of camping.
The tents are fully equipped: a kitchenette with a refrigerator, gas stove, sink, and coffee maker, as well as dishes; a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and even a jet shower.
The only thing missing is a bit more “storage space.”
The couple who run the campground are absolutely friendly, helpful, and attentive.
Thank you very much, and we’d love to come back.

Rented a safari tent for the 4th time in a row, that means something right? The tents are spacious, super clean, the inventory is ample and the (fixed) beds are fine. The owners are super friendly, don't be difficult if it can be easy. The plumbing is fine and very well cleaned. A great place to discover the area from there. Nice to do that on an E-chopper that the owners rent out. The cafeteria next to the campsite is a great place for a snack or drink. We will definitely go back again!

Once again stayed overnight during the High Voltage festival. The facilities are good. Slept well. Could also be because of lots of beer 🍻🍺😂
