    The place is lovely, clean and beautiful. The girls at the reception are lovely. We had a great time!
    We took the pitch for the caravan with the private bathroom and it is just great.
    The proximity to Obelink is great and the restaurant at the flour mill is excellent.
    Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

    We had 4 wonderful days here on the site, which was suitably quiet at this time of year. Very close to the lake, great for walks, bike rides etc. Very nice town center in Winterswijk. The proximity to Obelink is also great. Very, very friendly staff, with problems help was on site in a few minutes. (The door to the toilets could not be opened … with the card, was quickly fixed) In general, the sanitary facilities are relatively new and very clean. We will certainly be back again in the spring or summer.

    Leider muss ich unsere Erfahrung bzgl. der Gastfreundlichkeit und des Service im Vergleich zum November 2024 komplett revidieren.

    Wir hatten aufgrund unserer Erfahrung mit Freunden den Platz unter neuem Namen für ein erstes gemeinsames Wochenende gebucht. Unsere Freunde haben eine zusätzliche Nacht vorab gebucht, am Tag vor der Anreise.
    Leider stellte sich heraus, dass der Campingplatz die Buchung der 2. Partei komplett stornierte. Der Clou an der ganzen Geschichte ist, dass wir vorab Wunschplätze buchten, und dann hätten wir oder unsere Freunde umziehen müssen und nicht mehr beieinander stehen können - weil der Platz bereits an andere als Wunschplatz weitergegeben worden sei. Faktisch ein Fehler des Platzinhaber und nicht von uns da nie storniert wurde.

    Letztendlich konnten wir auf den Plätzen bleiben, aber es folgte eine unverschämte Mail der Inhaber auf unsere Beschwerden die dem Fass den Boden ausschlägt, sowas kann man mit Kunden definitiv nicht machen.

    Des Weiteren funktionieren die Türen der Sanitärgebäude heute wie damals nicht.

    Wir hatten 4 wunderbare Tage hier auf dem Platz, zu dieser Jahreszeit entsprechend ruhig.
    Sehr nah am See gelegen, toll für Spaziergänge, Radtouren usw.

    Sehr schöner Ortskern in Winterswijk. Super ist auch die Nähe zu Obelink.

    Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal, bei Problemen war Hilfe in wenigen Minuten vor Ort. (Die Tür zu den Toiletten lies sich mit der Karte nicht öffnen, wurde schnell behoben) Generell sind sie Sanitäranlagen relativ neu, sehr sauber.

    Sicherlich kommen wir im Frühjahr oder Sommer noch mal wieder.
