General information

Experience luxury in the Modus Wellness 2. This elegant chalet has the look of a luxury hotel room and can accommodate 2 people. The large windows across the entire width of the house provide plenty of light. The living room has a sitting area with television. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee filter machine, among other things. The sleeping area has a double box spring. There is also a luxurious bathroom with a spacious shower, sink and a sauna. Through folding doors in the living room you enter the terrace with garden furniture. At the chalet you can park 1 car and there is free Wi-Fi available.

Your booked accommodation has a Comfort Package with extras! This means that your beds are made upon arrival, there is a set of towels and kitchen towels, a bathroom set with slippers & a bathrobe and a coffee and tea package.

Please note, it is not possible to place a cot/camping bed in the accommodation.

    Beautiful, well-maintained complex.
    The houses are a bit close together, but otherwise nicely laid out. Each house has a patio and beautiful gardens, some with fences and some without.

    The houses are modernly furnished, but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Dust everywhere, a dirty shower, cabinets that hadn’t been wiped … down, dirty dishes, and a grimy stovetop. Even after we complained, only the dishes were cleaned—unfortunately, nothing else.
    One roll of toilet paper for four people for a week is not enough; when we asked, we were told that’s standard.
    Hand soap was also missing, which is part of the standard amenities.

    The bread roll service is quite nice. Pickup is a bit late—at 9 a.m.—but the rolls are delicious.

    Friendly staff at the front desk.

    A tour on the e-choppers is recommended but must be booked online—though the process was simple and straightforward.

    Beautiful area with great old towns and fantastic shops.

    We stayed there in the fall with our two children (ages 10 and 13). Unfortunately, the playground is only for younger children, but there was a soccer field where you can also play basketball, and scooters were available to borrow.

    We had our two dogs with us; they received two welcome bags with treats, dog waste bags, and a ball, which we really appreciated.

    The pool area was already closed for the season, but it looked very inviting.

    Unfortunately, the spa area was already fully booked, so it’s best to make a reservation right at the beginning.

    All in all, it was a pretty nice stay, except for the hygiene in the house.

    Schöne, gepflegte Anlage.
    Die Häuser sind etwas nahe beieinander aber ansonsten schön angelegt. Jedes Haus hat eine Terrasse und schöne Gärten, teilweise mit und ohne Zaun.

    Die Häuser sind modern eingerichtet, allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Überall Staub, dreckige Dusche, nicht ausgewischte Schränke, dreckiges Geschirr und unsauberes Kochfeld. Auch nach bemängeln wurde nur das Geschirr gesäubert mehr leider nicht.
    1 Rolle Klopapier für 4 Personen für eine Woche ist zu wenig nach Nachfrage kam die Antwort das ist so Standard.
    Auch Handseife fehlte was zur Standardausrüstung gehört.

    Brötchen- Service ist ganz angenehm. Etwas spät mit 9 Uhr erst abholen aber lecker.

    Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption.

    Eine Tour mit den E-Choppern ist empfehlenswert muss aber online gebucht werden, dies war aber einfach und unkompliziert.

    Schöne Gegend mit tollen Altstädten und tollen Läden.

    Wir waren im Herbst mit unseren beiden Kindern ( 10 und 13 Jahren ) dort. Leider ist der Spielplatz nur für kleinere Kinder aber dafür gab es ein Fußballfeld wo man auch Basketball spielen kann und zum Leihen gab es auch Tretroller.

    Mit unterwegs waren unsere beiden Hunde, die bekamen zwei Willkommenstüten mit Leckerlies, Hundetüten und einen Ball was wir ganz schön fanden.

    Poolanlage war schon außer Betrieb, sah aber sehr ansprechend aus.

    Der Wellnessbereich war leider schon ausgebucht, da am besten sich gleich am Anfang was reservieren.

    Alles in allem ganz schön gesessen bis auf die Hygiene im Haus.

    The location is great. The park looks well-maintained. But the “Cosy 6” for 6 people was indeed very “cozy”—it’s a tight squeeze with 6 people, and the walls are very thin. There are also some unusual places with electrical outlets (on the ceiling). We had the misfortune of having drunk, noisy neighbors, but there’s not much the campground can do about that. By the way, there are all kinds of cottages, some of which are privately owned.

    De locatie is prima. Park ziet er verzorgt uit. Maar de Cosy 6 voor 6 personen was wel heel erg "cosy" omdat het wel proppen is met 6 personen, met hele dunne wandjes. Ook bijzondere plekken met stopcontact (plafond). We hadden de pech met dronken luidruchtige buren, maar daar kan park niet zo veel doen. Er zijn overigens allerlei soorten huisjes, Deels prive eigendom.
