General information

Holiday villa Amalia 4 with a sauna in the garden is a modern holiday home for up to four people. Thanks to the large windows and sliding door, you can enjoy plenty of natural light and a spacious feel. The cosy living room with a seating area and dining area connects to the open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, induction hob, combination microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and Nespresso machine.

The villa has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The modern bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, washbasin and toilet. Underfloor heating and air conditioning ensure a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year. You can easily listen to your favourite music via the Sonos speaker.

Outside, you will find a spacious, sunny garden with a private terrace, pergola and garden furniture. The private sauna makes this holiday villa especially suitable for a relaxing stay, where you can fully unwind after an active day in the Achterhoek.

    Quiet and beautiful setting, nice fence around house so dogs could walk in and out freely. Shopping took only half an hour. Plan for next year already made.
