A very large and well-maintained campground with a swimming pool. Overall, everything’s pretty good, but the food service could definitely be better. There’s a snack bar where you’re supposed to be able to order via the app—unfortunately, that doesn’t work—so you have to go to the snack bar itself, where you can place your order on a computer screen. Unfortunately, it turns out there’s practically nothing available; you can’t order from any menu, and the prepared meals aren’t available either. This is really unacceptable for a campground like this on a Sunday when it’s not even that busy—I can only imagine what it’ll be like during peak season. Then there are also various rules set by the campground; unfortunately, many campers break them, and there’s no sign of any monitoring or enforcement by the campground management. For example, electric scooters aren’t allowed, but unfortunately, people of all ages are using them extensively, leading to several near-accidents involving children. The car-free camping sites are constantly being driven onto and off of by cars, and some even stay parked next to the caravan for extended periods. Setting rules is all well and good, but you also have to ensure they’re enforced. Again, it’s a great campground, but it’s often the little annoyances that leave a bad impression.

We rented a mobile home through Roan. They were so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The place was fantastic. Not a huge water park, but a nice, manageable one. There’s a forest right behind it, and you can walk to the nearest small town, which has several supermarkets, cafés, and more.
The mobile home itself was so nice, with a cozy terrace.
