    What a huge letdown!!!! I don't understand how they get good reviews. We rented a cottage with children(under 4 years old). Temp of cottage was apparently set automatically and could not be changed. Heating turned off when there was no movement...in the night we and the kids literally could not sleep because of the cold! Then passed on to reception(Sanne) super arrogant lady on the phone who said it could not be changed and we had to put up with it😂 and from the management there was also no one because Easter. Um? You are a vacation park and literally at Easter it is JUST busy? Also,we were there so on Easter weekend and many things were closed or opened late. Come on? You're a vacation park then you open the brasserie JUIST WELL on Easter, right? Truly a terrible place. Will never come back here again nor recommend it to anyone. Paid 250 euros a night for a cold house and a very boring vacation.

    Wat een enorme tegenvaller!!!! Ik snap niet hoe ze aan goeie reviews komen. We hebben een huisje gehuurd met kinderen(onder 4 jaar). Temp van het huisje was blijkbaar automatisch ingesteld en kon niet gewijzigd worden. Verwarming viel uit als er geen beweging was…in de nacht konden wij en de kinderen letterlijk niet slapen door de kou! Vervolgens doorgegeven aan receptie(Sanne) super arrogante mevr aan de telefoon die zei dat het niet veranderd kon worden en we het ermee moesten doen😂 en van het management was er ook niemand want pasen. Ehm? Je bent een vakantiepark en letterlijk met pasen is het JUIST druk? Also,we waren er dus met paasweekend en veel dingen waren gesloten of gingen laat open. Kom op? Je bent een vakantiepark dan open je de brasserie toch JUIST WEL met pasen? Echt een vreselijke plek. Zal hier nooit meer terugkomen en het ook niemand aanbevelen. 250 euro per nacht betaald voor een koud huis en een hele saaie vakantie.
