The Tinyhouse is a cozy, compact vacation home for up to 4 people. Because of its space, this Tinyhouse is ideal for a family with two adults and two children.     The cottage has really gone downhill. We've been here a few times, but it's clearly getting worse. If you report this, you'll be put in touch with a virtual assistant. It's a shame they don't contact you personally. We won't be staying at Ackersate anymore.

    We had a really great 3-week vacation with our kids, ages 10, 11, and 14, in August.
    There was plenty of space for our RV, with room to spare for an extra tent. The indoor pool was a lot of fun with the water slides—our kids couldn’t get enough of it. The outdoor pool was basic, so we only used it to cool off on hot days.

    Positive points … as far as we’re concerned:

    Gravel on the sites under the awning
    Very clean restrooms
    Hand sanitizer dispensers placed high in every restroom
    Radio in the restroom building
    Free spin dryer in the restroom building (our kids used one for the first time here—ideal for towels and swimsuits after swimming)
    Microwave in the restroom building
    The snack platter on the terrace was delicious
    The fries are tasty and ready quickly

    Tips for the area: Water skiing at Zeumeren and a tour of the KNVB campus in Zeist (our boys really enjoyed it).

    Two minor downsides for us were that the teen lounge was closed, which made it harder for our 14-year-old daughter to fit in, and we thought the €84 fee to park our second car was pretty steep.

    Super leuke vakantie van 3 weken met onze kinderen van 10,11 en 14 in augustus gehad.
    Ruime plaats voor onze caravan met voldoende ruimte voor extra tentje. Binnenzwembad erg leuk met de glijbanen, onze kinderen waren er niet weg te slaan. Buitenzwembad simpel dus alleen gebruikt om af te koelen tijdens de warme dagen.

    Positieve punten wat ons betreft:

    Grind op de plaatsen onder de voortent
    Erg schoon sanitair
    Desinfectiezeep hoog in elke toilet
    Radio in toiletgebouw
    Gratis centrifuge in toiletgebouw (onze kinderen hebben hier voor het eerst kennis mee gemaakt, ideaal voor handdoeken en zwembroek na het zwemmen)
    Magnetron in sanitairgebouw
    Borrelplank op terras was lekker
    Friet is lekker en snel klaar

    Tips voor in de buurt: Waterski-en bij Zeumeren en rondleiding KNVB campus in Zeist (vonden onze jongens erg leuk).

    Twee kleine minpunten waren voor ons dat de tiener ontmoetingsruimte gesloten was waardoor dochter van 14 moeilijker aansluiting kon vinden en dat we €84 moesten betalen om de tweede auto te kunnen parkeren vonden we vrij gortig.

    We stayed in the 12-person bungalow during peak season. The atmosphere at the park really feels like a campground—including the noise, which didn’t bother us. The kids took full advantage of the entertainment program. The pool was in great condition. When it was at its busiest, though, it was really much too small for the size of the park. Music … bingo had over 80 people and only 3 prizes—that’s disappointing. The location is great—close to the village, and there’s plenty to do in the area.

    In het hoogseizoen geweest in de 12 pers bungalow. De sfeer op het park is echt als een camping. Inclusief het geluid, wat ons niet heeft gestoord. Kinderen hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van de animatie. Zwembad in prima staat. Bij topdrukte wel echt veel te klein voor de grootte vh park. Muziekbingo 80+ man en 3 prijzen. Is teleurstellend. Locatie prima. Snel bij het dorp. Veel te doen in de omgeving.

    Everything was great, and the park has plenty to offer for both children and adults.
    They place a high priority on cleanliness, and everything is explained in multiple languages.
    The only downside was that the water pressure in the showers in our mobile home was a bit low.
    Otherwise, the mobile homes are very well equipped.

    Alles super und auch der Park bietet sehr viel für Kinder als auch Erwachsene.
    Es wird Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt und auch mehrsprachig wird alles erklärt.
    Einzige Manko ist ein etwas niedriger Wasserdruck bei den Duschen in unserem Mobilheim.
    Sonst ist die Ausstattung der Heime sehr gut.

    Alles in allem zum Empfehlen.
