    It’s a nice campground, but… The campsites are just big enough for a 6-meter caravan with a tent and awning. Anything bigger or more than that is a problem. The sites are so close together that you can hear your neighbor when they go to the bathroom. We’ve been complaining about a wasp nest for two days now, because it’s simply impossible to sit outside in 25-degree weather. And for two days, we’ve been sent away with the promise that they’ll do something about it. The restroom facility is good. It just isn’t cleaned often enough for the high season and so many guests. Every evening, young people turn the restroom facility into a hangout spot. The staff and security haven’t intervened. Dogs are allowed on the campground with the rule that they must be walked outside the campground...this rule isn’t enforced here either. According to De Boshoek’s rules, it must be quiet on the campground by 11 p.m. Almost every night, there was noise well past midnight. Last Saturday, someone at the restaurant suffered food poisoning, and an ambulance even had to be called. De Boshoek’s only response: “How unfortunate, I’ll pass it on to the restaurant staff.” After that, no further response… NOTHING. We’ll never stay at De Boshoek again.

    Op zich een mooie camping, maar... De campingplaatsen zijn net groot genoeg voor een caravan van 6 meter met een tent en luifel. Alles groter en meer is problematisch. De plekken staan zo dicht tegen elkaar dat je de buurman kan horen als hij naar de wc gaat. Al twee dagen klagen wij over een wespennest, omdat wij hierdoor met 25 graden gewoon niet buiten kunnen zitten. En al twee dagen worden wij weggestuurd met de mededeling dat ze er iets aan gaan doen. Het sanitairgebouw is goed. Het wordt alleen te weinig schoongemaakt voor het hoogseizoen en zoveel gasten. De jeugd maakt het sanitairgebouw iedere avond tot hangplek. De medewerkers en beveiliging hebben hier niet op ingegrepen. Er mogen honden op de camping met de stelregel buiten de camping uitlaten...ook hier wordt niet op gehandhaafd. Om 23 uur moet het stil zijn op de camping volgens de regels van De Boshoek. Bijna iedere avond was er lawaai ver na 24 uur. Afgelopen zaterdag bij het restaurant een voedselvergiftiging opgelopen waarbij zelfs een ambulance gewaarschuwd moest worden. De enige reactie van de Boshoek:" Wat vervelend ik geef het door aan de horeca". Hierna geen enkele reactie meer...NIETS. Voor ons nooit meer De Boshoek.
