Veluwelodge XL with hot tub - 6 persons

We had a fantastic stay at Recreatiepark De Boshoek. The park is beautifully green, well-maintained, and exudes a sense of peace and coziness, which made us feel relaxed right away 🧘🌿

The facilities are excellent, and there’s plenty to do for young and old alike. The friendly service really stood out: the staff was helpful and made us feel very welcome.

Communication through the front desk and the app was also smooth and clear, which made our stay even more carefree.

We were also surprised by a beautiful bird show!!!

In short: a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. We’d definitely love to come back here again❤️

A wonderful place to spend a vacation with kids. The entertainment program (including the staff) was so fun and varied. The park is neat and well-maintained.

We stayed in a bungalow. It was a bit dated (bathroom/kitchen), but it looked like some improvements were underway (new sofa).

The vacation park is ideally located for fun day trips with kids. There’s plenty to do on the grounds. Unfortunately, however, some activities are quite expensive (such as soccer billiards), and some of the play equipment is getting a bit worn out (e.g., the small playground by the reception desk or the soccer wall). Overall, though, the park is well-maintained and the staff are very friendly. Payment is by card only everywhere, which is a bit of a shame because it means the kids can’t buy an ice cream or similar treats on their own.
We stayed in a Tiny House and found it practical. However, the bathroom is really very small and cramped and definitely not suitable for older, mobility-impaired, or overweight people.
The Kids Club is quite nice, but the number of activities is rather limited. For families who’d like to make extensive use of the Kids Club, it probably wouldn’t be the best fit.
The restaurant is very modern, and the food is perfectly fine for a campground. Cleanliness is definitely satisfactory in the morning, but in the evening many tables are a bit grimy because the staff doesn’t do a very good job of cleaning up between meals during the day.
All in all, we were satisfied, especially because of the ideal location for bike rides and excursions and the peace and quiet on the campground.

We had booked a campsite for 19 nights at Kippenveld with two adults and our 6-year-old daughter, and we really had a wonderful vacation! There was a big inflatable on the field, and across from the field was a large playground and the kids’ club—everything was close by! The kids’ club was ready every morning with six super-enthusiastic activity leaders, and in the late afternoon there was the mini-disco; there was also a parade across the field featuring Kiki and Koen.
The restrooms were neat and clean every day, with good showers and nice hot water! And we did the dishes in the dishwasher… almost easier than at home 😉
And there were so many fun things to do in the area for young and old!

As far as I’m concerned, we’d love to come back to De Boshoek again!

I enjoyed four wonderful days at the park with my grandson.
