Comfortable 3-person lodge with green garden on the south-west, located on the water. The ideal base for a cycling vacation in the Achterhoek!
Indeling
The bright living room has a cozy sitting area with television and a spacious dining table overlooking the water. The modern kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. There are two bedrooms including a spacious double bedroom with wardrobe and a bedroom with a single bed. The neat bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
From the living room you open the sliding doors to the sunny veranda on the water, which is equipped with a garden set.
This vacation home has a living area of approximately 50 m². In the garden there is a private storage shed for bicycles. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Surroundings
From the lodge you can walk straight to the river De Berkel which flows along the park; here you can take a lovely walk.
N.B. During the photo shoot at the park not all houses were ready yet. Because of this there are not yet photos available of all individual homes. However, homes of the Lodge Mistique type are all identical, both in appearance and interior. The only distinction in the homes concerns the location and the pergola is missing.

Cancellation Policy
If, for any reason, you must cancel a rental agreement and you explicitly did not use the cancellation fund, you must pay a fee to the landlord. This fee is as follows:
- If you cancel more than three months before the start date, you will pay 25% of the agreed price;
- If you cancel within three to two months before the start date, you will pay 50% of the agreed price;
- If you cancel within one month before the start date, you pay 90% of the agreed price;
- If you cancel within one week before the start date, you will pay the full 100% of the agreed price.
The money can be partially refunded, after deduction of the reservation fee and the contribution to the cancellation fund, if someone else reserves and pays for your place for the same period or part of it, on your recommendation and with the landlord's approval.

Wij waren bij lochemse Berg, fijne ligging goed huisje alles erop en eraan! Wij komen zeker nog eens terug,heerlijk fietsen.

Vrij nieuw huisje met alles erop en eraan. Het huisje is heel praktisch en goed ingericht. De gastvrouw was zeer vriendelijk en voorkomend. Aandachtspunt: ** de wc-rol zit voor reechtshandigen aan de verkeerde kant. wij zouden hem tussen de wc en de wasbak plaatsen. Daar is ruimte genoeg voor. ** de schuurdeur klemt heel erg. Hieraan moet u aandacht besteden. Verder hebben wij een prima week gehad. Dank, Ans en Bas van Helden
