Back to basics, but equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable stay. The Tiny Houses are cozy, modern and compact. Enjoy the fantastic views to the fullest, as these homes are located on the tip of a headland and surrounded by water. Right on the Lower Rhine and a unique view of 2 marinas, several beaches and an island opposite. Peaceful and special location. This means that during your stay in a Tiny House you really have some time for each other.

In addition, the great advantage of a Tiny House is that they are sustainable. So you can enjoy a responsible vacation with a good feeling. Ultimate enjoyment! The Tiny River Houses have a very spacious feel due to the high ceilings and ditto windows overlooking the water.

In the house itself you will find a modern, cozy living room on the first floor, furnished with a stylish sofa, an armchair, coffee table, dining table for 2 and a flat-screen TV. The compact kitchen is modernly furnished with a stove, fridge with freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and inventory for 2 people. The bathroom with shower, sink and toilet are also on the first floor.

A double bed can be found in the sleeping loft (top floor, where you can not fully stand) of the house which is accessible by a fixed staircase, there you will also find the linen packages.

From the living room you have access to the beautifully landscaped hardwood terrace and garden, equipped with a table with 2 garden chairs and a hammock with stand. To enhance your comfort and enjoyment on hot days, it is possible to book a mobile air conditioning unit with your stay.

And if you have your own boat, you can walk to the harbor and sail directly on the Lower Rhine. The apartments are non-smoking and equipped with wifi. You can park your car about 100 meters from the Tiny House.

If you have mobility or mobility problems, we do not recommend this accommodation.

    The location of the Tiny House in the middle of the water. The area is great for cycling: the many rivers and canals, the beautiful little towns, the mills, dikes, ferries, the paved cycle paths in the forest. The peace and quiet (in the fall) and watching the many water birds. The illuminated boats on the Lekkodagen right next to our terrace. It's great that dogs are welcome. Facilities: hammock, sharp knives, everything there! The style of the furnishings. For hikers, on the other hand, the immediate surroundings are not well suited.

Die Gegend ist zum Fahrradfahren großartig: die vielen Flüsse und Kanäle, die schönen Städtchen, die Mühlen, Deiche, Fähren, die asphaltierten Fahrradwege im Wald.     Tiny House No. 1 is wonderful and the location on the water is particularly beautiful. We liked the modern furnishings and everything is there. The hammock is a particular highlight. All the staff were very friendly and competent.

    Both my dog and I had a wonderful time. Beautiful view over the water. Saw a beaver in the evening from the cottage. With a sloop sailed on the water. Got food in the village. Supermarket is also nearby. Clean and what a great shower. Friendly staff. At night attractively illuminated. Lovely quiet! Nowhere noise or loud talking people. Only sounds of nature and boats. Clear information in a slipcase. For internet you only have to scan the code. I also really liked that I got the back cottage. With a dog, that's often just a bit quieter. Thank you very much!

    Zowel mijn hond als ik hebben het fantastisch gehad. Prachtig uitzicht over het water. S avonds vanuit het huisje een bever gezien. Met een sloep over het water gevaren. In het dorp eten gehaald.
