The park has a beautiful location on the IJssel river with spacious camping pitches, especially on the fishing island. Guests appreciate the location, the children's animation programme, and the friendly bar with bowling facilities. However, the park suffers from serious maintenance issues: the sanitary facilities are outdated and often unhygienic, the swimming pool is cold and dirty, and neglected maintenance is visible everywhere. The access roads are full of bumps and potholes, there is noise disturbance until late at night, and many facilities such as the restaurant are closed or dilapidated.

We stayed at this campground for 2 nights.
We had booked a chalet for 2 nights during the week.
That was nice, because many vacation parks don’t offer that option.
However, the photos on the website don’t do justice to the reality. The furniture in the chalet was outdated and worn out.
The beds were very uncomfortable. We woke up … with back pain both days.
The cleaning left much to be desired. There were cobwebs in the corners and a musty smell when we walked in.
There was no way to use the snack bar, bowling alley, or small supermarket outside of the weekend.
Although I understand this is the case during the off-season, it would have been nice if it had been mentioned in the app or on the website.
The front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

We hadden een chalet geboekt voor 2 nachten, door de week.
Dat was fijn, want veel vakantieparken kan dat niet.
De foto’s op de website tonen echter een ander beeld dan de werkelijkheid. Het meubilair in de chalet was verouderd en versleten.
De bedden zeer slecht. Beide dagen opgestaan met rugpijn.
Schoonmaak liet te wensen over. Spinnenweb in de hoeken en muffe geur toen we binnen kwamen.
Er was geen mogelijkheid om buiten het weekend om gebruik te maken van snackbar,bowlingbaan of kleine supermarkt.
Hoewel ik dit begrijp buiten het seizoen om, was het fijn geweest dat het was vermeld in app of website.
Medewerkers van de receptie waren behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Overall, it’s very dated and poorly maintained. Both indoor and outdoor activities are too expensive or very old and, to put it mildly, “worn out.” The mini-shop and food court are also poor to the point of being inedible.
The indoor children’s area is dirty and very cluttered. We cannot recommend this place. This park bears absolutely no resemblance to what’s shown in the promotional videos.this is a translation, click here for the original
Insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen und ungepflegt. Indoor sowie Outdoor Aktivitäten zu Teuer bzw. sehr alt und gelinde gesagt "abgenutzt". Der Mini-shop und Gastronomiebereich ebenfalls schlecht bis ungenießbar.
Der Kinder Indoor Bereich dreckig sowie sehr ausladend. Können wir nicht weiterempfehlen. Mit den Werbe Videos hat dieser Park nicht im geringsten was zu tun. -

1. As has been noted many times before, you have to be extremely careful of potholes on the access road.
2. Unfortunately, the beautifully situated Fischinsel has only a temporary restroom building with two toilets each.

2.Leider gibt es für die schön gelegene Fischinsel nur ein provisorisches Toilettenhaus mit jeweils 2 Toiletten.
