Summary created out of 237 reviews

De Pampel is a family campsite in the heart of the Veluwe, valued for its beautiful forested location and excellent facilities for children. Guests praise the enthusiastic animation team, the many playgrounds scattered across the site, and the swimming pool with slide. Staff are often experienced as friendly and helpful, and the pitches are spacious and varied (sun/shade). At the same time, there are significant complaints about the strict wristband policy, which many find intimidating and unfriendly. Sanitary facilities receive mixed reviews: some find them clean and well-maintained, others complain about inadequate cleaning, musty smells, and insufficient capacity. The pool water is considered too cold by many guests, and opening hours of the restaurant and shop are limited. The balance between a beautiful natural location and areas for improvement in hospitality and comfort defines the experience.

We had a great stay. Contrary to what other reviews on Google said, we didn’t experience any problems at all. Friendly staff. Great pool. The weather was nice, so it was a great way to cool off. If there was a problem caused by other campers, it was addressed and resolved immediately after we reported it.

I did find the car traffic on the campground annoying, though. I thought they were driving too fast and not sticking to the 5 km speed limit.

We were also on a hill where a lot of kids fell, and I saw a lot of blood. On average, three kids a day fell off their scooters, balance bikes, etc.

The entertainment team was good, too. They were there but not too pushy.

Prima verblijf gehad. Totaal geen last ervaring volgens van de andere reviews op google. Vriendelijke personeel. Prima zwembad. Was mooi weer dus lekker verkoeling.
