    The location is fantastic, but the hospitality is truly terrible! Upon arrival I ask if there are possibilities to stay 1 day longer. There was absolutely no thought given by them. While there were options. The week before I was visiting for a day and asked at the reception why I can't book 2 days on the website while the campsite is three quarters empty. I got a very vague answer. Again, was totally uncooperative. Also our friends have had several negative experiences in terms of customer friendliness. The pool water was very cold, including the indoor pool, which was unfortunate.

    De locatie is fantastisch, maar de gastvrijheid is echt vreselijk! Bij aankomst vraag ik of er mogelijkheden zijn om 1 dag langer te blijven. Er werd totaal niet mee gedacht door hen. Terwijl er wel opties waren. De week ervoor was ik een dag op visite en vroeg ik bij de receptie waarom ik op de website geen 2 dagen kan boeken, terwijl de camping driekwart leeg staat. Ik kreeg een heel vaag antwoord. Werd wederom weer totaal niet mee gedacht. Ook onze vrienden hebben meerdere negatieve ervaringen gehad wat betreft klantvriendelijkheid. Het zwembadwater was erg koud, ook het binnen zwembad, dat was jammer.

    Great campsite, cottages are in good condition. We had something broken and that was immediately neatly arranged. As a tip, it would be nice to have some hooks in the cottage for the coats, in the living room or bedrooms? You walk right outside the campsite on the Veluwe. According to the children the pool was cold (so not heated), first days it opened very clean, later you saw more dirt in the water, probably because you can just walk into the pool with your shoes/slippers, there is no bath to rinse your feet first or a rack where you can put your shoes/slippers when entering.

    Prima camping, huisjes zijn in goede staat. We hadden iets kapot en dat werd meteen netjes geregeld. Als tip is het wel fijn om wat haakjes te hebben in het huisje voor de jassen, in de huiskamer of slaapkamers? Je loopt buiten de camping meteen de Veluwe op. Volgens de kinderen was het zwembad koud (dus niet verwarmd), eerste dagen dat het open ging heel schoon, later zag je toch wel meer viezigheid in het water, waarschijnlijk doordat je gewoon met je schoenen/slippers het zwembad kan inlopen, er is geen badje om je voeten eerst af te spoelen of een rekje waar je je schoenen/slippers in kan zetten bij binnenkomst.

    Very nice campsite and fine pitches, we had a pitch with private sanitary everything neat and clean, we were there in the May vacation with our children of 9 and 12 they had a top vacation, in the restaurant you can ju good food.

    Spent a long weekend at De Pampel with a group of girlfriends and it was super fun. Beautiful location in the woods, nice and quiet. We cycled a lot on the Veluwe. The grounds are well maintained and the staff was friendly.
