The safari tent is a luxury safari tent suitable for up to 6 people, an ideal accommodation for a family or group vacation! With an area of 40m2. Eat together at the large table with chairs, throw the front of the tent completely open and enjoy the view and fresh air even more. Prepare meals in the full kitchen and unwind at the end of the day on one of the luxurious chairs or in one of the 2 bedrooms. In one bedroom you will find a large double bed, and in the other you will find 2 bunk beds. With a length of 2 meters, the beds are suitable for both children and adults.

    We started walking the Pieterpad this past weekend. Actually the campground was closed on Monday but we were allowed to come anyway. We felt ourselves welcome at this beautiful campground. We had the whole campground to ourselves. This was due to storm Amy and a lot of rain I think. We were not bothered by that in our spot. Plumbing I found extremely clean and new. Fine toilets and showers. Definitely come back one day.

    Wij zijn het afgelopen weekend gestart met het Pieterpad lopen. Eigenlijk was de camping maandag gesloten maar we mochten toch komen. We voelden onszelf welkom op deze mooie camping. We hadden de gehele camping voor onszelf. Dit kwam door storm Amy en heel veel regen denk ik. Daar hebben we geen last van gehad op onze plek. Sanitair vond ik buitengewoon schoon en nieuw. Fijne toiletten en douches. Komen zeker een x terug.

    We stayed in a safari tent. Beautiful complete tent. At first there was little strange smell, but after we found cause owner fixed it well. Nice the go-karts and trampoline at the campsite. Swimming pool also nice and close by. Plumbing good, a bit tight/close together, showers nice and hot and nice that you do not have to use coins or cards. Cleaning could be done more often. Further ideal child-friendly campsite.

    We verbleven in een safaritent. Mooie complete tent. Eerst hing er beetje aparte lucht, maar nadat we oorzaak hadden gevonden heeft eigenaresse dat goed opgelost. Leuk de skelters en trampoline op de camping. Zwembad ook fijn zo lekker dichtbij en leuk. Sanitair goed, wel wat krap/dicht op elkaar, douches wel lekker warm en fijn dat je geen muntjes of kaart hoeft te gebruiken. Schoonmaak zou nog vaker mogen. Verder ideale kindvriendelijke camping.

    We spent a week at this campground in August. The campsite is spacious (large pitches), exudes tranquility and at the same time you see children playing everywhere (riding by on go-karts); a cozy and relaxing place. The surroundings surprised us. There are so many beautiful villages within cycling distance and also in Warffum you can enjoy the open air museum, among other things. We also did a day trip (by public transport) to Groningen; the Groninger museum is highly recommended. And of course a day trip to one of the Wadden Islands should not be missed. In short, a beautiful, relaxing campsite in surprising surroundings and last but not least: a great hostess.

    Wij hebben in augustus een week op deze camping gestaan. De camping is ruim opgezet (grote plaatsen), straalt rust uit en tegelijkertijd zie je overal kinderen spelen (op skelters voorbij rijden); een gezellige en rustgevende plek. De omgeving heeft ons verrast. Er zijn op fietsafstand zoveel mooie dorpjes te vinden en ook in Warffum kun je o.a. genieten van het open lucht museum. Wij hebben ook een dagje (met OV) Groningen gedaan; het Groninger museum is een aanrader. En natuurlijk mag een dagje naar één van de Waddeneilanden niet ontbreken. Kortom, een mooi, rustgevende camping in een verrassende omgeving èn last but not least: een geweldige gastvrouw.

    Had a great weekend at this fun campground! Awesome playground in front of the tent and a lovely pool. Quiet, child friendly and relaxed. Top service in terms of friendliness, thoughtfulness and sandwiches/snack bar.

    We, couple 70+, were here from 30-7 tm 3-8. Due to many rains, the campground booked in the area was not accessible. Here no bogs etc. Terrain is well drained, pitches are higher than clinker paths with drainage. Spacious sites with good turf. Because of the many vegetation around, the site is in the lee. Plumbing not very recent, but neat and was well kept, as was the site itself. Campground is o.i. very suitable for families with small children ; clear, remarkably much play material both fixed and driving. The heated outdoor swimming pool next to the campsite is free for campsite guests. Many walking and cycling opportunities, eg at 6 km you're at the Wad [Noordpolderzijl] Price / quality - a 10 !

    Wij, echtpaar 70+, waren hier van 30-7 tm 3-8. Vanwege vele regenval was de geboekte camping in de omgeving niet toegankelijk. Hier geen drassigheid e.d. Terrein is goed gedraineerd, plaatsen liggen hoger dan klinkerpaden met riolering. Ruime plaatsen met goede grasmat. Door de vele begroeiing rondom ligt het terrein in de luwte. Sanitair niet heel recent, maar keurig en werd goed bijgehouden, net als het terrein zelf. Camping is o.i. zeer geschikt voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen ; overzichtelijk, opvallend veel speelmateriaal zowel vast en rijdend. Het verwarmde openlucht zwembad naast de camping is gratis toegankelijk voor campinggasten. Veel wandel- en fietsmogelijkheden, bv. op 6 km ben je aan het Wad [Noordpolderzijl] Prijs / kwaliteit - een 10 !
