We stayed there one night in our camper and were especially impressed by the welcome and hospitality. The restaurant makes a great impression; everything is very clean and well-maintained. The restrooms aren’t top-notch, but in the end, it’s cleanliness that determines whether you feel comfortable. The electricity and water supply, as well as the size of the site, are perfect. For a small fee, we were able to leave our 6-meter camper at the campground for one night while we spent the night at a hotel elsewhere. Maastricht is easily accessible by bike in 25 minutes. We went to Maastricht for the Andre Rieu concert, and it worked out perfectly.

Wir waren eine Nacht mit dem Camper dort und sind vor allem vom Empfang und der Gastfreundschaft begeistert. Das Restaurant macht einen tollen Eindruck, alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Sanitäranlagen sind nicht auf Top-Niveau, aber Sauberkeit macht es am Ende aus ob man sich wohl fühlt. Strom und Wasserversorgung sowie die Platzgröße sind perfekt. Wir konnten für einen kleinen Obolus unseren 6m Camper auch eine Nacht auf dem Campingplatz stehen lassen, während wir die eine Nacht im Hotel woanders verbrachten. Maastricht ist mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut in 25min zu erreichen. Anlass für Maastricht war das Andre Rieu Konzert. Das hat sehr gut gepasst.

Large, flat caravan sites with a small tiled patio. Nice lawn.
The welcome was a bit stiff and rushed. Very little information is provided about the campground. A map with some basic information about trash disposal, showers, and chemical toilets would be greatly appreciated.
The ice cream shop is highly recommended. Extremely friendly girls serving, and delicious ice cream. The diner was a bit less impressive. An overpriced but tough veal cutlet, and the truffle sauce didn’t taste like truffle. And it’s a bit of a shame that you have to pay an extra 50 cents for a mini cup of mayonnaise with your fries. Here, too, the service was very friendly and attentive.
The restroom facilities were mediocre. With just one portable restroom for the entire campground, you sometimes had to wait your turn for the shower or toilet. It wasn’t always very clean either.

De ontvangst was wat stug en gehaast. Er wordt weinig informatie over de camping verstrekt. Een plattegrond met wat basis informatie over afval, douches en chemisch toilet zou erg op prijs gesteld worden.
De ijssalon is aan te bevelen. Uiterst vriendelijke meisjes in de bediening en lekker ijs. Het eetcafe was iets minder. Een prijzige maar taaie kalfsoester en de truffelsaus smaakte niet naar truffel. En een beetje jammer dat je 50 cent extra betaalt voor een mini cupje mayonaise bij je frietjes. Ook hier zeer vriendelijke en attente bediening.
Toilet voorziening was matig. 1 porta-cabin voor het hele veld betekende af en toe wachten op je beurt voor douche of toilet. Het was ook niet altijd even schoon.
In de omgeving ruim voldoende fiets- en wandelmogelijkheden. -

We had such a fantastic weekend at Camping De Boskant in Geulle during the JO9-02 soccer camp!
The campground has really nice campsites, with a perfect mix of shade and sun. The kids weren’t bored for a single moment. They built huts in the woods, made spears with their knives under supervision, played soccer for hours, and felt like they’d gone back in time. It was wonderful to see how much fun they had out in nature.
The food at the campground was also very good. And of course, the CoCo ice cream parlor was a huge hit! Our little soccer stars knew exactly where to find it, and an ice cream was simply part of the experience.
There’s also plenty to do in the surrounding area. For example, you can enjoy swimming outdoors, which makes the stay absolutely perfect.
The hospitality is truly unparalleled. Everything is taken care of down to the last detail; nothing is too much trouble, and everyone is always there for you. From the very first moment, you feel incredibly welcome.

Wat hebben wij een fantastisch weekend gehad op Camping De Boskant in Geulle tijdens het voetbalkamp van JO9-02!
De camping heeft ontzettend leuke kampeerplekjes, met een perfecte mix van schaduw en zon. De kinderen hebben zich geen moment verveeld. Ze bouwden hutten in de bosjes, maakten onder toezicht speren met hun mesjes, voetbalden urenlang en waren even helemaal terug in de tijd. Heerlijk om te zien hoe ze zich zo goed konden vermaken in de natuur.
Ook het eten op de camping was erg goed. En natuurlijk was de ijssalon CoCo een groot succes! Onze voetbaltelgen wisten die maar al te goed te vinden en een ijsje hoorde er gewoon bij.
In de omgeving is bovendien genoeg te doen. Zo kun je heerlijk buiten zwemmen, wat het verblijf helemaal compleet maakt.
De gastvrijheid is echt ongekend. Alles wordt tot in de puntjes verzorgd, niets is te veel gevraagd en iedereen staat altijd voor je klaar. Vanaf het eerste moment voel je je ontzettend welkom.
Kortom: een fantastische locatie voor een (voetbal)kamp, gezinsweekend of vakantie. Volgend jaar zijn wij zéker weer van de partij. Bedankt voor de geweldige ontvangst en tot volgend jaar! -

A very nice and peaceful campground, with good, modern restroom facilities (clean). Hot showers and toilet paper. Close to Maastricht (just under half an hour by bike), and a short ferry ride takes you to Belgium, where we went biking in De Hoge Kempen National Park. An added bonus is the delicious ice cream shop at the campground. There’s also a restaurant (always nice when you don’t feel like cooking). Highly recommended!

Heel fijne en rustige kampeerplek, met goed en modern sanitair (proper). Warme douches en toiletpapier. Dichtbij Maastricht (klein half uurtje fietsen) en via veerbootje sta je in België waar we gingen fietsen in Nationaal park De Hoge Kempen. Extraatje is het lekkere ijssalon aan de camping. Ook is er een restaurant (altijd leuk als je geen zin hebt om te koken). Een aanrader dus!
