We arrived on Friday; the campsite was unkempt and littered with trash left by the previous guests—the F2 washhouse was already very dirty by late afternoon. We didn’t see a single cleaning staff member for the rest of the day. On Saturday morning, this was the scene: toilet paper on the floor and walls, not a single toilet in usable condition, the floor covered in urine, and trash and cigarette butts in the showers. A rough cleanup was finally done in the early morning. In the men’s restroom, a pizza box with bloodstained paper had been lying on the floor since Saturday afternoon. In the women’s restroom, no toilet was usable until late Saturday evening. They were either smeared with feces or urine. The toilet seats have been crooked or not installed at all for a few years now; nobody seems to care. The other restroom didn’t look any better either—in addition to non-functioning flushes and a complete lack of toilet paper, everything there was also very dirty. My complaint email remained unanswered. Sunday at 9:30 a.m.—still no cleaning. Of course, no facility can do anything about guests who don’t behave, but in our view, cleaning just once a day is simply not enough. After we left on Sunday afternoon, I received a reply to my email. They said they only clean once a day, but the staff does a second round in the evening to freshen things up as needed. We can’t confirm that.
We’ve spent many wonderful vacations there, but this will be our last time.

The restroom block next to the campsite is closed, which means you have to walk a considerable distance to take a shower or use the restroom. The showers were terrible—the water pressure was so low that it was hard to rinse your hair. I understand the need to conserve water, but there’s a limit. It wasn’t just one shower; it was like that in the entire block.
It’s not possible for a motorhome to fill up with water, empty gray water, and empty the toilet all in the same spot. There are faucets on some sites, but if there isn’t one nearby, it’s impossible to fill up. I had to go to the front desk, and after consulting with maintenance, they gave me an adapter to attach to a faucet in the waste disposal area, but they had no idea what a motorhome needs to change its water.

To empty the toilet, you have to go to a restroom block, carrying the potty all the way there, and the dumping station is 1 meter high. This makes the process difficult; everything should be in the same place and at a lower height. I don’t understand how they can have that category rating if they don’t meet such a simple requirement as this and the employees don’t know the business.
