We booked through Allcamps - family (2 adults with 3 children) with dog and caravan over Easter. From booking to departure we were well looked after, the arrival at the campsite was very good and the staff friendly. The check-in at the reception took less than 10 minutes and we had all the information we needed. The pitch was cozy and well maintained, the sanitary facilities, which are plentiful nearby, were cleaned every 2 hours. The place in general was very clean! The park is not responsible for the dirt and misbehavior of guests (often observed that some just let their dog poop on the hedge and do not clean it up) - but the site staff always tried to remove this directly (without having to point it out). The leisure activities and the entertainment for the children were great, and the Spar market had normal prices for a campsite and everything you need. The interaction between the campers was great (of course it can be different sometimes). The only drawback was the temperature in the sanitary area, I arrived with the crib - the showers could have been a bit warmer in terms of room temperature (ground frost at night - 9 degrees during the day), it was a bit too cool here in my opinion. But in summer it should be different again. Conclusion: I can only recommend camping with a caravan and dog, I can't say anything about the houses on offer. We will definitely be going there again this year.

wir haben über Allcamps gebucht - Familie ( 2 Erwachsene mit 3 Kindern ) mit Hund und Wohnwagen über Ostern. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise wurden wir super betreut, die Ankunft am Campingplatz war sehr gut und das Personal freundlich. Der Check In an der Reception hat keine 10 min gedauert und haben alle Infos gehabt. Der Stellplatz war gemütlich und gepflegt, die Sanitärräume die reichlich in der Nähe sind wurden gefühlt alle 2 Stunden gesäubert. Der Platz allgemein war sehr sauber !. Für den Dreck und das fehlverhalten von Gästen kann der Park nichts ( öfters beobachtet das manche ihren Hund einfach mal an die Hecke kacken lassen und es nicht weg machen ) - aber das Platz Personal war immer bemüht dieses direkt zu beseitigen ( ohne das man darauf hinweisen muss ). Die Freizeitangebote und die Animation für die Kinder waren super, auch der Spar Markt hat für mein Empfinden normale Preise für einen Campingplatz und alles da was man braucht. Das miteinander unter den Campern war super ( klar kann auch mal anders sein ). Einzigstes Manko war im Sanitärbereich die Temperatur, bin mit der Krippe angereist - die Duschen hätten von der Raumtemperatur etwas wärmer sein können ( nachts Bodenfrost - Tagsüber 9 Grad ), hier war es etwas zu kühl meiner Meinung nach. Aber im Sommer dürfte dies wieder anders aussehen. Fazit: Camping mit dem Wohnwagen und Hund kann ich nur empfehlen, über die angebotenen Häuser kann ich nichts sagen. Wir werden noch dieses Jahr definitiv wieder da hin fahren.

This week was my first time at the campsite. I booked a comfort pitch (55 euros) for one night. This included a 17.50 reservation fee. Check-in was done quickly. I was allocated a pitch and told that I needed to download the app to access the sanitary facilities. This was the only information I was given. The pitch I was on was totally sandy, the water connection didn't work and all but one of the sanitary facilities (which I only found by asking another camper) were closed. Unfortunately, I found the service at check-in to be very poor. Of course, the sanitary facilities are due to the early time of booking, but a hint and a direct explanation of where the building is located would have been helpful. It would also have been helpful to know that there is no water available at the site. Well, I will test the site again in the summer to get an idea when it is in full operation.

Ich war in dieser Woche zum ersten Mal auf dem Campingplatz. Gebucht habe ich für eine Nacht einen Comfortplatz (55 Euro) für eine Nacht. Davon waren 17,50 Reservierungsgebühren. Ein Check-in war schnell erledigt. Dort wurde mir ein Platz zugewiesen und der Hinweis gegeben, dass ich mir die App für den Zugang zu den Sanitärgebäuden herunterladen muss. Dieses waren die einzigen Infos. Der Platz, auf dem ich stand, war total sandig , der Wasseranschluss funktionierte nicht und bis auf eine Sanitäranlage (die ich nur durch Fragen bei einem anderen Camper gefunden habe) waren alle zu. Leider empfinde ich den Service am Check-in daher sehr schlecht. Natürlich wird es mit den Sanitäranlagen am frühen Zeitpunkt der Buchung liegen, jedoch ein Hinweis und eine direkte Erklärung, wo sich das Gebäude befindet, wäre hilfreich gewesen. Ebenso der Hinweis, dass am Platz kein Wasser zur Verfügung steht. Naja, ich werde den Platz nochmals im Sommer testen, um mir dann ein Bild bei vollen Betrieb zu machen.
