A very nice campground; the restrooms are clean and well-maintained, the site is quiet and clean, the staff is friendly, and there’s something for the whole family. The reception was even better than before; we were very impressed with the swimming pool; the only thing that really bothered us was teenagers constantly jumping off the edge of the pool or the edge of the water slide—there really SHOULD be a lifeguard here.

Camping Roland is a campground that has been passed down from father to children. It remains to be seen whether they will carry on his legacy.

    Caravans

At this campground, you can stay in a camper, RV, or tent. Prices vary depending on the site. The most affordable option is a spot for a caravan in a green area, right next to the soccer field. 15€/night. Electricity and water are readily available. You have to walk a bit further to reach the showers and restrooms. Although there’s already a booth at the entrance for payments, it seems they don’t place much value on improving service here. It would be very easy to add a restroom facility here.
The area for caravans is spacious and very green. The grounds are regularly maintained.

    Rental homes

If you’d like, you can also rent chalets (houses). At this point, I have to say that the prices are quite high. Depending on the season, I think €1,200 per week for 6 people is quite a lot. It doesn’t have to be that way.

    Restrooms

There are a few buildings with restrooms and showers.
Unfortunately, they don’t smell very good—sometimes there’s a strong urine odor. These buildings need to be ventilated much better. Plus, there are air fresheners, and they should be cleaned more often throughout the day. The newly built one already smells like mold. Poor air circulation, I’d say....

    Swimming pool

There’s a swimming pool, but WITHOUT a lifeguard. Unfortunately, parents have to be there at all times. That’s a real shame, because it’s a chance to have some adult time… Especially if you want some peace and quiet with other adults or want to eat without the kids. They’re definitely cutting corners in the wrong place here.

    Restaurant

The owner’s brother runs a restaurant here. The menu is very limited and consists mainly of pork dishes. Followed by steaks. They didn’t serve pizza or pasta.
In my opinion, a slightly better fry shop, but WAY TOO EXPENSIVE.
The taste was pretty bad for the prices.
Three adults and three children: 200€
    It really wasn’t worth it.

    Cocktails

The restaurant also serves cocktails, but they’re actually mocktails :-)))
The alcohol content is so low. It’s not worth it for about 10€ per glass

A good bottle of beer costs 6€

So, to me, this restaurant says the following:

We want pork-eating customers with lots of money and little taste.

    Indoor playground

There are quite a few activities for the kids. Among other things, there’s a small indoor playground. Nothing special, but at least it keeps them occupied when the weather’s bad.
