A lovely campground surrounded by greenery. Large sites with electricity and paved surfaces for RVs. An incredibly friendly welcome at the front desk. We’ve stayed here several times during the early and late seasons. The welcome is always great—you can order fresh rolls for the next morning. We booked four chalets next to each other with friends for a weekend. The beds—and especially the fold-out sofa—definitely date back to the last century. The mattress and box spring are very old. Other than that, the small chalet had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. But I think the sleeping arrangements are very important on vacation, … and for that price per night, there should be a better bed. On top of that, unfortunately, the campground has what we consider to be a massive rat problem. There are an extremely large number of rat holes in front of the chalets. When we played cards on the porch in the evening, the rats came onto the porch and stole our leftovers. That wasn’t a very pleasant experience.
